I got my refund back from MD just days after I filed..GA I owe them money..And they can wait till APR to get it..I remember last year some states weren't even paying the money due..I wonder if the people ever got it

I would save the money and do it myself..If I was local...I am renting my house while out of town and I use Melissa Lester with Premier West in Dallas..She is wonderful..But let me warn you..When you use an agent..On Average they are going to charge you the 1st months rent in Commission and will take 10% each month..You already have a renter..Just do it yourself..not to mention if you are handy..You will be in charge of the repairs and that will save you money in the long run without the agent just calling the repair guy all the time. My daughter had the perfect explanation..I guess she learned about it in school..She said the Native Americans named their children..After things in nature..By where they were born...And her school is EVERGREEN..
