My allergies are terrible this year. I can deal with the runny nose but the throat issues are horrible. I can barely swallow and it makes me wake up at night having panic attacks. I finally broke down and bought some Claritin and it seems to help some. How do you guys deal with the allergies? What should I avoid? I love to go on walks, making me wonder if I should stay inside and go to the gym instead. I was tested years ago and was not allergic to anything except mold. There is alot of standing water here in MD...Time to leave.....................

Below 70? I am prediabetic..Depending on who you talk to. Fasting is below 110...Other guidelines want it to be below 100. 300 is very high...I went as high as 240 when i did the 4hr while pregnant. They will put her on meds and she should be fine. Good luck to her.

What she said...I also put mine in a brine so finish thawing out...Makes it very tender. When it is off season, I just buy the breast and throw it in the crockpot, if it is a little bit frozen no biggie.

I got mono for the first time in my late 30's. It started with a rash..My DR gave me a RX for it and I literally didn't do much of anything for 8 months..I just had no energy. I was one to exercise at least 5 times a week, none of that. Now I have my energy back and exercise but I have noticed if I get overstressed I get sick easier. Hope you daughter feels better soon, with her age I don't think it will be as bad for her as it was for me.
