I had a f150 that had about 150k on it and one day my pressure went into the dirt. I religiously changed oil every 3K to 4K. My job put about 35K a year in and around Atlanta on the truck. A friend suggested Rislone oil treatment. It is a oil very high in detergent. I drained a about a quart out and added the Rislone . From my house which is on 61s, about Florence road on 278, the pressure was back to normal level. Since then about every 40K, I would substitute a quart of Rislone on oil changes and never had any more pressure problems

What is sadder yet is those that vote them in and then re-elects them.

There is a theory that the bubonic plague was brought about because of a lack of feral cats. For awhile cats were believed to be the spawn of evil and to be killed on sight. Which allowed the rodent population to explode and therefore infest Europe with fleas and spread the disease. . I have seen several cats wandering the area and as long as they don't decide to take up residence here and keep killing the field mice, chipmunks and other small critters, I will let them be.

I just got my grandsons 2001 gmc 2500 running. It had sat for two years. I had James (770 656 9592) work on it. he will come to your house and diagnose it. If possible he will work on it right there . I feel what he charged was a very fair price.

This is the second time in the last week, looking down on 61and seeing cars just sitting. If the jam up is about 8am/9am or 3.30pm/4:30pm, it is a very good chance the cause is in the area of PCHS. 1. If you are southbound on 61 north of PCHS and you get to HayRenfroe dr., turn left to Davis Mill, turn right on Davis mill to Mustang Dr., turn right on Mustang to 61s. Reverse if north bound. 2. If southbound again and can get to Aiken Dr.,turn right. Follow Aiken Dr. to 61s. Of course, reverse if northbound

As a young'un in Iowa, we had a rhubarb patch and I ate it raw, with salt. It would really pucker you up. As far as taste, take a granny smith apples tartness and multiply it about 5 times.

Saw some at Publix in New Georgia. Did not buy it , the price was ridiculous . $7+ for about 8 stalks about 8". For a rhubarbi pie would have cost $15. I'll wait till I go up to Iowa and raid my sister-in-laws rhubarb patch.

When I moved to Paulding in 1980, I was up at the feed mill, that used to be by the cleaners and now a parking lot, getting some feed for my horse. I decided to get some seeds for planting. A elderly paulding gentlemen said "Don't plant anything before Easter around here young fella". . Listening to the weather for today and tomorrow, it appears he knew what he was talking about back then..

Believe it or not, I do have one that I bought in 68 when I was stationed in Phillie. I use it to shovel leaves in the fall. You are more than welcome to use it if you want. .Maybe there is also somebody that might have a scoop shovel that we used to shovel grain and such with down on the farm. They were wide and flat with turned up sides.

Heard a new one this morning I hadn't heard before. I was told that I was "Handier than a pocket on a shirt" when I held the door for a man pushing a lady in a wheelchair.

Bad part for me is that I used to work on computer terminals and 3270/AS400 systems circa1980/1990. I can follow up to a certain part, then I am completely lost.argh! -
Not a fish eater myself, but have seen a lot of people eating catfish at RTE 61, when I have ate there.

Many years ago I had a similiar problem. Parts stores have wire pullers. They are like a pair of forceps with a lip on the end to to grab the wide end of boot and help break the vacuum/hold on plug when you pull up.

My daughter who is a Attorney in Paulding county, says that seems to be the consensus of quite a few of the local Attorneys.
