I found out yesterday that my sister is having a little girl! I couldn't be happier (well, I could, but that's a longer story). That child is going to grow up in red and black!
A baby to spoil!! So excited!

Unfortunately you don't know until AFTER the protocal is taking to know if it does not work. I personally would rather have to deal with austism/aspergers than polio, whooping cough or something that could KILL my child.

I am sure there are BAD doctors, just like there are BAD people, BAD lawyers, BAD teachers and so on and so. But if every little person would stop litigating over small matters that he bigger ones could be handled in a better way. Many OB GYN's not practice the OB part because of the high risk involved with any pregnancy, Neurosurgeons thing hard before performing any surgery until you are almost dying afraid to do exploratory surgery to rule out a problem. AND pediatricians have it bad to, what if they give the medicine at the wrong time FOR That child, what if normal protocol is the wrong protocol for THAT child but they don't know it UNTIL AFTER.
It is the whatif's and that it could be's from parents who doubt their doctor's decision and experience that causes more harm than good
Okay I am calling you out......everything you just said is EXCATLY what is being discussed in this thread. What if a vaccine is not right for a certain child? What happens when a child goes into convulsions? It might have been vaccine "PROTOCAL", but it does kill!
So you are saying to listen completly to doctors but then talking about protocal is completly confusing to me. So which is it, doctors advise is right for every child or 3 out 5 children? vaccines are good for all or 3/5??

My son was getting one at a time, all except the one that protects against whooping cough(pertuisses)sp?
He started having seizures, went to egelston, and they, the doctors told me it was his vaccines. He now, is undergoing diagnosis for aspergers. My doctor who is ALL for vaccines, is starting to lean the other way on the big issue. He was completly normal, good speach ect, and now is not.
That is the same one that caused the reaction in my daughter. After the ordeal I found a book on the Dtp shot, I really wished I would have read it before I let her have the shot.

Why does this have to be something the celebreties do? I for one have been told with my sons seizures right after his vaccines, if I continue, he will be very permanetly damaged. So what does jenny or oprah have to do with it?
How many did he get at one time? And which ones?

Another concern of mine is I took my 11 year old to the doctor and he has to have booster shots for the chicken pox vaccine. My question was he was vaccinated at 5 why are you requiring it be done again at 11? They answered with the vaccine is not lasting as long as they thought. Boy did that put my mind at ease.

My son had all his vaccines, he is 11 now. My daughter had an allergic reaction to the DTP, she no longer recieves it. Now she gets 1 vaccine at a time, so she is behind in the schedule, but I won't take the risk of losing her. I have and will continue to defer the MMR until later or maybe never.........

I met the Aunt in the Dr. Office the other day, and she said he did fine with all of his other vaccines. When they left she said the little girl told her mom something was wrong with him, and she turned around in the car and I guess he was blue/convulsing. Never had a problem before, so the Dr. said it was the vaccines. She ran him back in, and it was to late
Too many at one time I would say. Parents should really REALLY, educate themselves.They are suppose to help our children not kill them, hopefully one day things will change. This is so sad.

Their was also a 3 year old who passed this week, within 5 minutes of getting his vaccines for school.

i have no opinion on the truth or false issue and do not want to debate the press cause i just cant stand the news at all anymore, but i can say that my son came home and is now here with us but he is no longer the same young man that we watched leave for the marine corps boot camp. he is now a recluse who stays in his room and sleeps most of the day and stays up all night and does nothing else socailly other than work. he has lost touch with the majority of his friends he had before leaving and does not appear to want to try to get back with them although they do call to see about him...he is dark and sad and just plain scarey at times. wont talk to us and i do fear he will get so depressed he cannot hande it anymore. coming from a mother of a former soldier i am sure they do suffer and the numbers are not nearly as relevant as the souls of these men who have gone over there and lost who they were and what they wanted to do with their lives...my heart is broken as i feel i have lost my son even though he is right here.
Thank you, this is what SHOULD be talked about. But instead there is a pissing contest going on.
I hope your son can find help, and I apperciate what he has done, and what he had to give up for us. Most people can go on with the day and bicker and not even think twice about the soliders. The deployment may be up for them, but their life is for ever changed!

Looks are not supposed to have anything to do with the issues. However the first thing a brain does is interput senses first. If you develop a sense that the person does not sound good or look a certain way it is hard to pay attention to the issue they are talking about.
I personaly don't like Obama either to me he does not LOOK like a president. I mean England has their idea of what a King or Quen or a Prince or Princesss should be, they have classes for the royal family on how to BE a royal family member. The middle Eastern country's do this as well. Japan spent many hows MAKING the Japanese princess ACT like a princess (don't know if that what the Japanese call her).
What I am getting at is YES looks should have NOTHING to do with the issues at hand BUT they do

I can't stand Michelle Obama. She is not pleasant on the eye at all. I can't get past her thin lips and protuding mouth area. I don't like how she carries herself she has this I am better than you presence about her. I just can't picture her sitting around school kids reading them books or hosting a dinner for other poltical officals from around the world. I am what is she going to pick out for their china patterns, this is a job of the first lady. China patterns are a big deal to you? Don't worry about it, I doubt any of us will be eating dinner there.
I think she carries herself well. I have not seen the better than you attitude, maybe I am not really looking for it.
I am having a hard time trying to figure out what the hell looks have to do with running the country.

There are several thing that can be done to prevent a legit repo.
No way in hell will he be let go. A repo is a civil matter and even if he had all the paperwork in the world, he is not allowed to pull a gun. In Florida I believe it is illegal for a repo person to even carry a gun licensed or not. I heard when repo cases go on long enough, the lien holder will get a court order that forces the owner to turn over the car. In this case, a sherriff has to assist the repo person.
Bottom line is they realized it was shady, told the person to take off and they got robbed. They have NOTHING to be ashamed of. They didnt fall for anything, they just listened to a drunk idiot wielding a gun. Alot better you post they got robbed, than you posting they got shot.
A few tidbits I have learned. A repo guy is not allowed to cause a disturbance. If the repo guy is making a scene or his presence is causing a disturbance, they must leave. They are not allowed to damage property to get the car, such as cutting locks on fences, chains securing car to another object. They are allowed to drag the repo car anyway they want, and they can pick up another car and move it as long as they dont drag it (they have to lift the drive wheels).
911 sucks because they wont respond to callers about a repo, its civil. If you call 911 about a repo, I suggest you spice it up and attract their attention.
I hope all works out for them and they dont loose alot of $$ over this. Tell them to be grateful they are still around to talk about it.
I thought all repo people carried guns....Let me add he should NOT have pulled a gun in this situation!
