Go to his classroom and help for the day. You will not see behavior if you only stay for 20 minutes. If he is on yellow everyday, maybe durning recess he needs to sit out for 5 minutes and watch the other kids play. Honestly sentences in K are just not age apporiate. Take play time, sit them in the hallway, or pulling a card would be better. If he continues, you can check him out of school for 5 minutes....I bet he will be a different child after that.
