I read one of the shooter's supposed posts that talked about earlier school shootings and how unknown people become known all over the world. I think giving the name to the public and feeding the fame is a large part of the problem. I say make these shooters anonymous. I applaud the Sheriff of that county refusing to name the shooter and feel ashamed of our media for concentrating on doing exactly what the shooter wanted. In our company, we have a service which takes our listings and posts them to 59 different websites and when we make a change, it will eventually download that change to those sites. The key is that the service we subscribe to automatically changes the status. If real estate agents don't subscribe to a special service, it would mean that they would be responsible to go back in and change the sites themselves and many times that means it might not get done or is done as a last priority. First: I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but she was talking about a deed which said, Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship. If this is done, the house can then bypass being included in the probation of the will or administration of an estate. We have two tanks: one for the main house and one for the cabin. I've been watching the main tank which is getting really low. Didn't want to have to fill up again, but we cook with gas, too, so I guess we have to bite the bullet. I was thinking of looking around at prices because our tank rent is also due.
