I started out expecting it to be Mike Frank's turn. I was hoping that it'd be Leon! I've been ready for him to get shot since he took Jenny's place. I can't watch the LA NCIS show.

Go ahead, NC! Touch it! -
Yes, Madea! I prescribe going to the beach to see it properly!!

Besides, you'll need a mirror to see it!

It's the most beautiful moon of the year, the Harvest moon! Rising at sunset, it features an Orangish glow near the horizon. It should be huge and shine extra bright if it's a clear night!

That's a pretty crappy thing to do! Maybe you get some kind of perverted pleasure in disinformation? Although busy with film work, Les Stroud has never lost his love for music and continues to work in the industry. He has even managed to turn out a CD which features him playing the harmonica. The self-titled album is a selection of acoustical blues and folk songs, reflecting the true free spirit of its creator. In New Liskeard, Ontario, at the Spirit of the North Music Festival, Stroud received both the “Best Blues Act” award and the “Best Overall” label. He has also joined with The No -
It's amazing what you can see with a telescope!! I didn't know that I could see Uranus, though!! Thanks in advance, for that!

MrsH -- I'm so proud!!! You posted without providing either a cut and paste job or a link. You are to be commended for directly expressing your insight/opinion. Not sure if you're supposed to do that though ("out the popo"). You can out the poopoo, but not the popo. But it's a proud moment anyway!! -

Les is the man - plays a good harmonica, too! I like his show so much more than Man Vs. Wild. Bear Grylls has a full staff of people around to make sure that he doesn't get hurt. It's supposed to teach you how to survive, but the stuff Bear does is far outside of what the normal person could do in extreme conditions. On the other hand -- Man and Woman Vs Wild is more realistic! Then there's Dual Survival! Of all of these -- Ruth gets my vote! -
Nothing over $20?? That is fantastic! I'll be there soon!

I find the whole concept of "celebrity status" fascinating! It's really difficult to figure out why people put other people on a pedestal. Besides that, I think that "hate" is a strong word for someone whom you've never met, won't ever meet, and don't know what the person's REALLY like. Most of these people that y'all "love to hate" are characters, portrayed by actors. I look at Nancy Grace and Glen Beck the same as I do Pee-Wee Herman. Who knows what Paul Reubens is really like, other than his "big misadventure" about 10 years ago or so? Rush Limbaugh is an actor! These people get paid t

That's why I'm saying that Kid Rock needs a "Cooler". He needs someone who can take care of the situation without getting physical, if that's possible. The Waffle House manager would have thrown the guy out upon the request of the "Cooler".

Transit Worker in NJ Fired for Burning Pages from Quran

It's not your fault that you don't know what "free speech" is. Our school systems do a very poor job of teaching civics, the law, and citizenship. Free speech means that you remain free from incarceration, to express yourself. In other words, the police can't come and arrest you for voicing, or otherwise legally communicating, your discontent. It doesn't mean that there are no repercussions outside the perview of law enforcement. -

Yes!! You said it perfectly!! People should understand what "free speech" is. It doesn't mean that there are no repercussions! A person has the right to say, on Facebook, for example, that his boss sucks. This "right" only means that he won't be jailed for talking smack about his boss and doesn't guarantee a future with the company. -
There are interesting angles to this story! I don't personally know Kid Rock, but I'll say this to the OP's suggestion regarding the guy being a sissy for suing. Manliness has nothing to do with the law. Settle things in whatever way you need to to retain your masculinity. And then sue the guy who assaulted you. I thought that the guy in this altercation DID fight with the bodyguards! THIS is what caused him to lose his shot at a million bucks! If he had been assaulted without fighting back, or if he had been not as physically imposing, he would have cleaned up! But it looked like he was

Unless the guns are showing signs of degradation, there's no reason to believe that they aren't fully functional. Guns don't "go bad" from not being shot. Do you have the ammunition to go with them? If so, I can take a look at them, (fire them to make sure that they work) on Monday, but I would need to have them here on Sunday. PM me if you'd like for me to do that. You don't need a licensed gunsmith unless there's a mechanical defect in one of them.

Well, here's the thing, LGM - The generational difference makes it a whole heckuva lot more appropriate for me to call you "All Kinds Of Cute" rather than "HOT"!

I didn't see the piece on KH today. I think that they will never find him. Eventually, the police will figure out that they were, indeed, outsmarted by Terri Horman, the stepmom. They applied cookie-cutter crime solving measures to an exceptional situation. The problem was with assumptions. She had her friend, Dee Dee switch vehicles with her and drive to an area in the opposite direction of where she was going to dispose of the body. She left her cell phone ON and hidden in the vehicle. The police assumed that because Terri's cell phone was in the area of Sauvie Island that morning, so

I know about LGM. I was just playing. I even knew about lilgallowsmama, who you were before "The Change" to LGM. I hesitated before calling you "cute". You're more than that, but definitely that. Not like Pipi. You're the beautiful-cute! Like Robin Meade at CNN. Great personality (that's the cute part)and great looking. That's you, too! Pinch your cheeks? That'd be kinda creepy.

I'm just not sure how to pronounce LGM. Do you say, Leggum or Luggum? Or El Gee-Em? She is just all kinds of cute!

I think that the reference was to usage. A person cannot be an "alumni". One is an alumna or an alumnus. While those who are aware of the distinction "got" the reference, it's not fair to those who didn't get it to leave 'em hanging.

Coincidentally, I'm teaching a class on learning to watch football and understanding the game, what's going on and how to talk about it. Enrollment is JUST $150.00 and you'll have a lifetime of enjoyment when you actually understand what's going on in the game. Enrollment is limited to 20 with a minimum of 10, so hurry to take advantage of this time-limited offer!!

They used to do that to me, back in the day when I lived just down the street from a "kingdom's hall". They came to the door wanting to share a verse with me. I told them I wanted to share a verse with them and gave them the one about spreading the word to the uttermost parts of the earth - Then I told 'em they better get to steppin'!!

This is one of the most insightful and well-articulated posts that I have ever read on PCOM. I'm glad that you waded into the "quagmire"!
