I think that you do lose money by choosing to take it all now. It's unlikely, CC, that the catfish were killed by the cold. Hardhead catfish are hardy and are not as likely to be affected by cold, as they are a bottom-dweller. The saltwater hardhead is not a land walker. More than likely they were caught in shrimpers' nets and discarded from the boats as by-catch, since they have absolutely no food value (one of the worst I've ever tried!). I doubt if they'd make good cat food!
