We went early as it was beginning, and not many there. They announced they would begin activities, etc. once they felt the weather permitted. Sooooo, we left after about 30 minutes and seeing all 10-12 cars that were there and not much of anything else at that time. Looked like a good crowd thoguh when we passed by on the highway later.

WOW, this sounds like fun, and I am in town this weekend! YES! May just have to try it out so I can see Laurie!

I put my name in and found nothing and THEN put some names in that I know OWE the IRS. Hummm, guess what, they popped up saying the IRS has unclaimed $$$ for them! I know the government uses ways like this to find people that owe them and for other reasons, and I wonder if this is one of their tricks. ?? Seen that on TV; free TVs, free $$$, they will come!

Hummmm, if "you use others", then maybe you are "being used". I do for others because I care, but I do not think of it as being used. I hope I never "use" others. AND ....... "It's no secret that we use people just like we use commodities." This is so wrong. But I do happen to know some people like this, but do not have any friends that do this.

We are planning a New Year's Eve cruise this year with several friends. I too have been pulling information and checking prices, but there is so much to consider. NCL and Royal Cribbean are my favorite. I did Carnival once and was disappointed. I feel like a good travel agent can pull it together best for you. I have a friend that has done this for years too. Can't help myself; I LOVE Valentines and even at my age still send valentines (albeit the ones kids use in schools) and candy to my boys and family. I LOVE seeing all the young people in love and sharing those feelings through whatever avenues they may travel! Each his own though, but if I were in a relationship, yes I would send something nice to my significant one and would want him to do "something" on that special day for me -- even a single rose -- card -- or something. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to all of you that love the day of love! Toooooooooo Cooooooooooooool!
