Do you know what year it is? This has been the fashion going on 10 years now. People are entitled to look unitelligent if they choose. I happen to think overrals on anyone other than a real farmer and children over the age of 2 makes you look, well dumb. I'm not really one for camo unless you're actually hunting and those Southern Heritage t-shirts speak volumes.

Cell phones should be banned in many public places. I frequent establishments that prohibit their use.

You're right that it really doesn't do much damage to air quality overall. It does however increase harm to individuals by way of second hand smoke. I've never smoked and didn't grow up around it. There are a lot of considerate smokers out there but for every one of those there are 3 or 4 rude ones. It's sort like when you were in school and the one bad kid ruined it for everyone else. Same goes for smoking.

Check the paulding humane society. They have lots of great dogs of all sizes and the adoption fee is minimal.

If you can afford a car and insurance then you can afford driver's ed. Otherwise you can just not drive.

I voted. Yes I think driver's ed should be required but not just for those 18 and younger. I voted that anyone who is getting a license for the FIRST time should have to take a course. I also voted that the driver should have to pay for this course as driving is a privelege. It is the responsibility of the driver or the soon-to-be driver's parent to provide driver's ed and not my tax dollars. Just part of being a parent. If you can't afford driver's ed then little Johnny doesn't drive. I could say don't have kids you can't afford but that's another thread.

My only concern is the child's safety. It could be dangerous, if not fatal to have him walking on the road like that. I completely understand and respect the parent trying to teach a lesson.
