Thank you for your comments Adult. You are correct.....It was not my intention to hint that Native Americans didn't matter until the Europeans got here. While I am of European descent, my wife is partially of Native American descent. I would not purposefully insult her or anyone else. While I always have known that everyone's perspective is different, it is quite interesting to read or hear how others, who do not know me, interpret what I wrote. I have the same problem and got it well under control in about 90 days by primarily eating meat and vegetables. When I eat Chinese, I eat no rice. I cut out pizza, and only have dark bread once in a while. I drink 8 glasses of water a day. I also have lost 30lbs. so far. When I eat at Longhorn, no potatoe with the steak. Meat and veggies! Good luck with it.

Vincent's is really, really good, but if you have a special occasion and are willing to drive a little, try Alfredo's on Cheshire Bridge Rd in Atlanta. It's the best you will have anywhere!
