When going down the highway do you ever see this? Even when terribly hot out, I don't think that would fly on our Georgia Hwys but it does sound like a good cover picture for a romance novel, though all the guys would have to try out for the spot. Beer bellies need not apply! Romance is buy one get one free today! Rhonda, the loud and wonderful, is at the store to greet you and help you find the man of your dreams! (Though only on the cover of the book, ladies!)

May your heart and soul find peace and comfort.

Ok, I didn't know Rhonda had a twin! I loved meeting Copschick today, she IS awesome but being between those two, whoa, was it loud in the store. Good thing no customers came in last minute before we locked up, the giggling and yelling would have scared them away for sure!

I am close to having lost 100 lbs now on my plan. It has very portable snacks and I never feel hungry as long as I stick to eating what I should. Hubby and I save a lot because we don't eat out all the time, like we did and our grocery bill is next to nothing so we are happy and almost at our goal. He has lost 130+lbs and we started last June. We still have not exercised like we know we should and I think that has made the weight loss a bit longer than we had hoped but know we need to find a way to get it into our daily activities. Pool just opened in our neighborhood so swimming is going to b

In Monaco, France, on this day in 1958, Team Lotus makes its Formula One debut in the Monaco Grand Prix, the opening event of the year's European racing season. Over the next four decades, Team Lotus will go on to become one of the most successful teams in Formula One history. Team Lotus was the motor sport wing of the Lotus Engineering Company, founded six years earlier by the British engineer and race car driver Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman. Chapman built his first car, a modified 1930 Austin Seven, while still a university student. His success building trial cars led to the completio

You rock!

I suspect it will be an all day and possible early evening thing both days. I actually am starting today but we don't have a truck until Monday.

We are closing our trade in center, effectively, as of yesterday. Due to MAJOR ceiling collaspe and leaking issues, the building is no longer fit for humans to work there or books to be stored. We are moving on Monday and Tuesday and if any of our loyal patrons, fans or even critics are reading this and want to pitch in, we would love for you to help. An hour or two would make a difference from enough people. You know that saying of "many hands make light work" is true but not sure if the LIGHT part is true since books are heavy. Call the store or PM me if you would like to help. Pay

Truth is, I am too busy getting trucks scheduled and help scheduled to move 40,000 books to be more creative then that but will get back to work next week after we are done.
