  1. Are you using the Windows Live program on your computer that replaced Outlook Express? "Tools" is in the menu bar underneath the title bar. File Edit View Tools Actions Help
  2. Um, are you saying that when you click on an email link, the Windows Live New Message window pops up but with your former email account? If so, you just need to set your new account as the default account. In Windows Live go to Tools > Accounts... Click once on the new mail account to select it and on the right side click on Set as Default Test email link
  3. When I buy online, I focus on the total cost including shipping, not just the item sale price. You can teeter on the cost of the item or shipping, but I just care about the total cost. Use logic to determine if insurance is in your best interest, and do as eBay suggests and include the cost of insurance in your handling cost or item price. Remember, it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the purchase is delivered safely to the buyer. If you are shipping something valuable that you wouldn't want to pay for in the unlikely event it gets lost or damaged, then get shipping insurance
  4. My friends found this sign in Pennsylvania a couple of years ago:
  5. That was Glee Here's the clip: http://www.hulu.com/watch/96626/glee-preggers?c=2038:2169
  6. Pate's Appliance Repair & Parts 676 West Memorial Dr. Dallas, Ga 30132 770-445-4617 http://patesappliancerepair.com Might be cash only on service calls.
  7. If only English were more like Spanish, and words were actually spelled the way they are pronounced. That is true in America. Seriously. Other countries use logic to determine the placing of punctuation. http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/marks/quotation.htm
  8. Last week was actually the third episode (the fourth episode aired last night.) I was bursting out laughing at the show last week. I was like "no they didn't just do/say that!" I just subscribed to Flash Forward on Hulu and am looking forward to watching it! Hopefully it will be as interesting as the commercial leads it to be.
  9. Brownsville Rd is backed up again today from CH James (278) to Hill Rd, so I am guessing that Richard D Sailors Pkwy and Hwy 278 leading to it is just as bad as it was yesterday as well. I got off Brownsville and took back roads to work. Hill Rd to Finch Rd to Powder Springs-Dallas Rd
  10. If you have a USB cable that connects to the computer on one end and your phone on the other, you should be able to access your files in Windows Explorer (or whatever is equivalent on other operating systems.) If you have Windows Explorer open while you connect the phone, you should see the additional drive pop up, which would make it easier to figure out which drive is your phone. In addition, the drive should be labeled as or similar to "Removable Disk". If you have a smart phone, you may have to wade through folders on the drive to find the photos. My phone pix go into unique folders
  11. At the Chili's in Hiram on Hwy 278 I assume? Tickets can be purchased at Chili's on Thursday and Friday?
  12. For future reference, the thread is pinned at the top of the "Scanning the County" forum.
  13. Brownsville Rd toward Powder Springs is currently bumper to bumper all the way from Hill Rd
  14. Brownsville Rd, Pine Valley Rd, and Hwy 92 in the county are open. Yesterday afternoon and evening I personally drove the entire length of Brownsville Rd from Marietta St in Powder Springs all the way to Hwy 92 and from Brownsville @ Hwy 92 all the way up to 120.
  15. My water is off! No sense in letting it run all the time, I just turn the knob on the faucet to get it to come on. I hope everybody has water this morning.
  16. Thanks for merging the various duplicate topics to help keep the forum better organized.
  17. Pubby posted an explanation for the change in these threads: To SPEED THINGS UP, I'M CHANGING SKINS Did know how much I used the "Click here for Recent Topics" button at the bottom The forum layout was temporarily changed on Monday to reduce the server load due to the high number of people on the website
  18. C'mon people. "There are a few isolated areas where the water service has been interrupted due to water main breaks. Crews are working to restore water in those areas. There are NO plans at this time to suspend water service county wide." In other words: some people will temporarily lose water service, while most people will not. What is more important to find out is where are the "few isolated areas".
  19. Actually, changing the skin to Pcomspecial01 just now put it back to the "normal" skin for me. Whew, I'm happy to have this skin back.
  20. Well now, I had never paid attention to that button. I've always thought that "top" links at the bottom of web pages were dumb and lazy, but now I like being lazy and will surely utilize that button on this forum.
  21. Indeed, but Hulu is actually a joint venture of NBC Universal, Fox Entertainment Group and ABC Inc., with funding by Providence Equity Partners. The CEO's name is Jason, not Joe. Anyway, I don't bother to watch shows on TV and be bound by the network's schedule and commercial breaks. I subscribe to my favorite shows on Hulu and watch the episodes at my leisure.
  22. Ok, I'll befriend you to be able to share the photo. I'll feel more comfortable doing it that way than posting someone's photo and not giving them credit.
  23. Ack! Big Sister is watching me! I mean... You have a blog?
