Threads containing polls come up in search results just like any other thread. Most likely someone comes across an old thread while looking for something. A "poll troll" is someone who votes on a poll in a thread that hasn't had any activity in several months, particularly if they vote in more than one poll. Apparently this bothers some people.

If you are really pressed for time to do something crafty, stop by a store and see if you can find a notepad with unmarked pages that will do the job. I noticed that, but firstly don't expect all of your visitors to realize that, and secondly do not expect your visitors to click to go back to the home page (or use the browser Back button) just to be able to go to another page. When someone is done viewing the current page, you should give them options for other pages to go to in order to keep them on your website. I know you didn't ask for a critique of your website, but since all you did was post a link and say enjoy, I don't feel too out of line in giving you my advice as someone who has been involved in website design for over 10 yea

I'm assuming you recorded a video in digital format and not actually on tape? What kind of camera did you use? When I connect my cell phone or digital camera to the computer, I can use Windows Explorer to access the photos or videos. However, my Flip video camera comes with proprietary software that must be used to view videos and save them to the computer. Edit: Okay, I realized that you recorded directly to a DVD... I'm not familiar with that procedure, however, I would guess that you could open Windows Media Player or another media player and select to play that drive.

Just don't put your email address on the website unless you don't mind potentially losing legitimate email among a flood of junk email from spam bots. That is not accurate. The Got the goods GRAB BAG is visible to everybody (even guests,) however visibility is limited due to all the posts being bunched into one thread. Additionally, there is a Got the goods unpaid subforum where free members can post items for sale in its own thread.
