It is the file size that is too large for you to be able to upload, not the dimensions. (P'com limits uploads to 250 Kilobytes.) However, the file size is normally reduced if you reduce the dimensions of the graphic with a graphic editing program. When you don't want to reduce the overall size of the graphic, you can opt to reduce the quality and increase the compression when saving to lower the file size.

this 4 year old needed help and called 911

I never found out whether or not 1 is correct... My take-away is that 911 operator/policeman isn't very helpful after all. -
LOL I can just imagine the wording: In the event that your refund is delayed (given that we are government employees), would you like for us to keep the interest earned? LOL then people would say that they were holding onto the refunds to get additional interest, as if holding onto the money throughout the year wasn't already bad enough! Now that would be fabulous if they would simply apply a credit to my account. While it is nice to be apart of a member-owned power corporation that gives money back to the members instead of keeping profits for itself, I don't think anybody r

Maybe they should have just mailed everybody a letter asking them if they wanted a check or not At least they'd be giving business to the USPS

Lottery Hoax Causes Riot at Ohio Coat Store

LOL that's a hilarious prank. The "angry customers [who] threw merchandise around and looted, leaving the store looking as though a hurricane had passed through it" were the idiots in my opinion. -

That's called a ringback tone. Wireless service providers typically charge a monthly fee for the service as well as a fee for each ringback tone you purchase.

When I was 17 and opened an account at the credit union, I noticed that the savings account had a higher interest rate than the checking account. Therefore, all of my money is deposited into my savings account. When I sit down to pay the bills, I transfer the necessary amount of money to my checking account. Realistically, the actual amount of interest earned isn't much, but I've stuck with this method and have never had to balance my checkbook.

It's a simple head code, anyone can catch it. Basically, if the customer complains about a noise, use the DRV2 to perform a series of tests to raise the billable hours and ignore any faults. Just tell the customer that any burping or hiccuping sound they might hear is normal, and caused by too much gas in the fuel system. Perchance this broadcast will be effortless to comprehend: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turboencabulator -

I just went down memory lane and read the thread that I had started about this same subject back in January 2006 - Getting wisdom teeth removed, What can I expect... There is plenty of advice and experiences shared in that thread. I wrote about my experience the afternoon after the surgery in Post #39, and then again a week later in Post #46. I miss the people who posted in that thread...

Sales/Use tax for out-of-state purchases
November Rain replied to November Rain's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'll call the FL DOR and see what they say. From what I've read, apparently I have to pay FL sales tax because the car was purchased in FL and I took possession of the vehicle in FL. When I showed proof of paying 6% sales tax in FL, the lady at the GA DOR on Thornton Rd said they give a 4% credit and I have to pay the rest. It might be just the state tax that is waived. I'll have to go through the hassle of calling the departments on the phone to see if I can get 2% back or not. -
Before I purchased a used car in Florida last month, the dealer told me that I would have to pay 6% sales tax there at the dealership and then if my county of residence in Georgia had a higher sales tax rate, I would have to pay the difference in use tax. Therefore, I was expecting to pay the 1% additional tax when I registered the car here in Georgia. However, when I went to pay the tax at the GA DOR I was told that they give only a 4% credit and that I had to pay 3% tax on the sales price of the car. Do I really have to pay a total of 9% tax on the car purchase or did somebody overcharg

It is most likely a sensor and nothing to do with the fuel system.

Hmm, maybe it was just the credit union where I saw a sign saying they would be closed. Did you happen to notice a sign near the entrance of the tag office building saying something else? Maybe in red letters? Maybe I'm thinking of the sign that was at the desk in the lobby...

It wasn't very long ago when the schools stopped observing it as a holiday. Apparently now only the government gets a day off in remembrance of when Christopher Columbus discovered where the Indians lived. Columbus Day -- Monday, October 12th, FYI
