Thanks for sharing....that's why I asked.
No reason to be nasty.....
Sorry, Not intended as nasty or personal, wasn't directed at you, you said you'd pull over . . .

Great responses! Sorry this happened, you mentioned attorney, if you have legal experience, please PM me, I don't know of any immediate openings but may be able to point you in a good direction.

I'm facing a similar delimna (sp). My Dodge Avenger has a transmission problem. It will run but won't shift. I don't want to be ripped off. My husband says it might not be serious enough to warrant a new transmission, and we don't know who to trust to take a look at it.
I prefer not to take it to the big guys (AAMCO, Cottman, etc.) because they usually charge outrageous prices. I'd like to find a local shop that will treat us right and not try to sell us something we don't need.
I am planning on selling the car once it's fixed, and I cannot afford a big bill for a new transmission.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks!!
Go to Automotive Solutions (770) 505-0272 and ask for Lester. He's honest and dependable. He doesn't rebuild transmissions, but could replace one or point you in the right direction.

The new Family Dollar on Ridge Road had a "now hiring" sign.

yes, it is a law, pull over !
"375-3-3-.01 Moving Traffic Violations Defined
a) For the purposes of O.C.G.A. § 40-5-57, the following violations are defined as "moving traffic violations," (xxiii) O.C.G.A. § 40-6-76 Failure to Yield to Funeral Procession"
My grandmother passed away recently, fortunately we only had one car who tried to pass us, my sincere gratitude to the officer who gave that person a ticket
BTW, I don't care how you did it up north . . . this is how we do it here!

pneumonia actually, usually, has less coughing than bronchitis, but like everyone else, follow your instincts, and have them check again, you should have seen some improvement

Thanks for sharing the info Ugadawgs98, my son would be happy to know that (age 6) if I choose to share it with him, , last year everyone was selling boosters and saying the age was going to 8 for a booster, so we still have him in one, my daughter will be disappointed, she's almost 3 and still under 30 lbs, according to that she has 10 lbs to go before she gets a seat like her brothers . . . which she really wants.

Anything you have time to give me. I love Paula Deen!! But I want stuff from yall. Tested old passed down recipes....I love church cookbooks...
My sister's church, Martinville Baptist (Scoggins Rd), is selling cookbooks to raise $$ for the church, they should arrive mid-June and they'll be selling them at a yard sale they'll be having.

I'm familiar with Petit Creek, but don't have a number handy, there's also Roundtree Recreation off McClung, on Shipp Circle. (They also give swim lessons there.)

Wish I had this information a week or so ago, I sent sliced mango with my son to school, what a mess I made!

Thanks for sharing the information, sometimes I have things in my house that my 6 year old son wants, that are unsafe for my 2 year old daughter. This has me re-thinking some of the toys we have, just glad we don't have that one.

Welcome back home Rusty, your family sure missed you!

Move to Atlanta, they have MARTA, Cobb also has a bus system . . .
People move to Paulding for a certain way of life, it doesn't include having a monorail fly overhead!
-
Monorail for around Paulding, that could catch on, particularly in Hiram

I am a GA native, born and raised right over the line in Powder Springs, I guess I just haven't witnessed as much of the racism as others have, sometimes I'm surprised by how heated some of the racial topics get on here, I'm sorry that you and your family have had bad experiences, but I do hope it continues to improve, my husband and I are very good friends with a multi-racial couple, and our sons are only 7 weeks apart in age, I'm sure that has impacted my children in a positive manner, our friend is an awesome role model.

Does Elrod's carry that sort of thing?

I live in that area, didn't get home until just before 11, power went out right at 11, stayed off about 45 minutes.
