Encoraging Someone To Commit Suicide Is Addressed In Court

I just hope our freedom of speech is not something that can be messed with, due to things of this nature. But, Pubby has always said that yelling fire in a crouded theater is not something our freedom of speech is about. This girl did something similar, to yelling fire in a crouded theater. in a dangerous situation To me it was a depraved indifference to a person's life. -
1. "Wampus Cat" 2. "Lowrider" Lowrider began in Los Angeles California in the mid-to-late 1940s and during the post-war prosperity of the 1950s. Initially, some Mexican-American barrio youths lowered blocks, cut spring coils, z’ed the frames and dropped spindles. The aim of the lowriders is to cruise as slowly as possible, "Low and Slow" being their motto. I like Lowrider, she's "Low and Slow."

College people are crippled when kinetic energy is needed to get work done. Kinetic energy is needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to movement in velocity. I hope this acadimy is created.

Encoraging Someone To Commit Suicide Is Addressed In Court

I think you're right, Brian, in an ethical scense! But, does this get into our freedom of speech? We can't have it both ways. I heard she wouldn't begin any part of her sentence uintil her appeal is heard in court. I hope she gets ponished for such behavior. I remember that Charles Manson never actually killed anyone, but he got life in prison for the murder of Sheron Tate, and others, while he wasn't present at the killings. Is encouraging sucicide the same as encouraging murder? -
Being polite in social situations, is great. But when discussing actual policies, politeness must not get in the way of clear thinking. I don't mind being criticised. Criticism motovates me much more than politeness. My best friends are the ones who keep me motivated.

A Massachusetts state judge Thursday stayed Michelle Carter's 15-month prison sentence pending appeal of her involuntary manslaughter conviction in the 2014 suicide of her boyfriend, Conrady Roy III. -- Carter, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the 2014 suicide of her boyfriend, was sentenced Thursday to a two-and-a-half-year term, with 15 months in prison and the balance suspended plus a period of supervised probation. "This court must and has balanced between rehabilitation, the promise that rehabilitation would work and a punishment for the actions that have occurred," sa

It's her business, dogs, because awareness needs to be spread to the rest of the community. Lo, spreads awareness. I just got through reading the awareness she spread about the acadamy that needs to get started in Paulding county.

Do we have the courage to admit that Civil Rights have less to do with black and white, and more to do with right and wrong. I don't care if Dr. Martin Luther King was black, or white. "The Time Is Always Right To Do What Is Right." - MLK Why do we do what is wrong, while we know it is wrong, and then lie about what we did it for? "Oh! What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive" - William Shakespeare

I can't help but put my thoughts into your question, LPPT! You know me. I attempt not to take any credit, but simply to reply. I don't profess to be a Christian, but I do love the man called Jesus! Here's what he said > "If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters - yes, even his own life - he cannot be my disciple." Also: "'Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?' Pointing to his disciples, he said, 'Here are my mother and my brothers.'" (Luke 14:26; Matthew 12:48,49.) Whoever does not understand these words

What exactly does the Marshal's Office do?
Eddie Bennett replied to Coppertop's Pop's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Just like I said; Paulding county officials don't give a damn about you. I lived there for 30 years. I saw how things were getting in regard to their give a damn about anything but money from fines, fees, and taxes. I did like you did, october, I got the hell outta there. -
Sad Story. If Your Dog Gets Out, Don't Call Police.
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Exactly as I was thinking, EZ! So, why does a cop even respond to a dog case, when every city, or county, has animal control officers? Pulling a gun is a deadly situation, in any event. The quicker any man pull his guns, will eventually lead to all kind of gun slinging. I think it's already happening. I know a bunch of folks who have recently gone out and bought guns. When I ask them if they will use that gun, the ultimate answer is "'Hell Yeah!" -

Having a forensic scientist as slick as the movie character, Dexter Morgan, and a lawyer as good as Johnnie Cochran can get you away with murder. -
Sad Story. If Your Dog Gets Out, Don't Call Police.
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
You are right. So, why wasn't the tazer this cops first option. There is a missing link somewhere, and it should be figured out by experts. Why was animal control not the first responders in this case? The cop may not have been prepaired to do anything but use deadly force. Calling 911 shouldn't be to send a man with a gun into a dog situation. And, a man with a gun shouldn't be called to a home where medical attention is needed. First responders need to have more than a gun. -

What do you expect from a county who's representatives collect taxes, and stopped caring about providing citizens with a place to carry their trash, years ago? Like I said, earlier: Other counties don't just rely on their citizens paying the big ol green Wast Management truck for trash service. In fact, I'm surprised that there are any other options for trash copllection left, besides the big ol green Waste Management truck, in Paulding county. But, the last time I heard there was competition from other trash services left. What happened to the money Paulding county officials started savi -

I'm a country boy, myself! I prefer living more off the grid. If I want a fast food sandwich, or anything prepaired by someone other than my wife, it serves me right to have to drive a good distance. But, Vote Democrat is right, for the most part. I just don't like being in neighborhoods who are always telling me what they think about how I live. It's none of anybody's business what I do, where I go, how I work. I don't care if they think I look like the inside of other people's butt. It makes no difference to me.
