  2. A corporation is a person, according to the law. People will be people. People love to be able to have control, and they love money and power. If they can get more control by being the biggest, that is what they are going to try to do. Competition is not what a corporate person wants. So, Comcast is such a big person that nobody else can influence them to do anything but make more money off of their fellow people.
  3. That is great, mojo! And, I know a lot about the corporate chain of command. Management was one of my college courses. I didn't like the chain of command. I saw too many corporate people, as the law calls them, who did not have their employees best interests at heart. Most of them were money hoarders. I like to work for homeowners, but even then I am sometimes paid with money they so-called earned through some corporate chain of command, where some dictator made about 500 dollars to their one. Sometimes I ask them about their job, but they couldn't talk because their insurance was at stak
  4. I think Alabama folks should be able to vote in their own way without Washington Carpet Baggers flocking in to muster up support for a pedophile. Steve Bannon is the main Carpet Bagger.
  5. The only economic & political thing we disagree on that no money will come to me from a dictator. Just because a dictator (a corporate person and the law says corporations are people too) pays me. I've heard a lot of people say "I can't say anything about that because I'll lose my job". Freedom of speech is not something a dictator will tolerate. It reminds me of me trying to run away from someone who then shoots me in the back.
  6. At one point it looked like she was going to lose, but NOt anymore, cptio!
  7. I can imagine that Pubby was a good manager before he started managing this website. Managers are smart people. If they weren't, they would not be managers and would have to be managed by someone else. In life, rather than on a production job, we are our own managers. Nobody else need tell us what to do, nor when to do anything. We are the drivers, and there is nobody in the co-pilot seat. Is your life manager keeping you safe and secure from foolish risks? Is your life manager putting you in situations where you can utilize all of your skills and abilities? Is your life manager creatin
  8. Conservatives had rather work for other people (Corporations Are Good People To A Conservative). While a conservative's work is hard, those people rule by dictation so they can be comfortable in lush surroundings. It's the old "your majesty" things that Kings enjoy. I don't like money that comes from a corporate person's chicken feed account.
  9. Yes, the English people worked, and worked hard, and did so before they left into a land of hostility while having to cross an ocean in wooden vessels to get here. But, anything was better than being ruled by a dictator. I pray that I don't follow the people who think they can go to heaven through that needle eye. Some people's grandparents were slaves. The original inhabitants of this country suffered genocide. The English people took over many countries. The Zulu was conquered in South Africa. The Abaragnees, in Australia, were conquered by English convicts, who were sent there from England,
  10. A natural parent doesn't have a right to interfere with raising of their children when the custody parent allows this to happen in their home.
  11. Thanks, mojo! I know exactly what you are talking about, and have witnessed the same thing in regard to making money. But this country was created by fleeing English settlers. Plymouth Rock and Jamestown were both English people fleeing from England. The King of England, later, wanted the control over them just like he had while they were there. As liberals, we didn't want a King telling us what to do, nor how to act. I am still a Liberal, in the fact that wannabe King Trump is not my President. I read the history, also, of how the English people were treated as paupers, and chi
  12. If conservatives used more of their brain, dogs, I'd join them in their views, but I like more though, and less fight or flight emotion.
  13. I know this video is 7 months old, but school books are much older than 7 months. I don't want anyone to forget this. Cell phone video can be very valuable when the police have a right to lie to you, and the public at large. Holding cops to a little accountability help people to stay alive even if they have a broken tell light on their vehicle.
  14. 7 years ago an extensive study showed these results: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1342239/Brain-study-reveals-right-wing-conservatives-larger-primitive-amygdala.html Self-proclaimed right-wingers had a more pronounced amygdala - a primitive part of the brain associated with emotion. It is an almond-shaped set of neurons located deep in the brain's medial temporal lobe. However, those aligned to the left had thicker anterior cingulate - which is an area associated with anticipation and decision-making. The research was carried out by Geraint Rees director of the UCL
  15. Women all over the country, Jenny, who will even pay attention to the pedophilia that powerful people get away with every day don't seem to be all that concerned. And, Georgia women turn the blindest eye there can be. http://www.cbs46.com/story/24425994/human-trafficking-brutal-and-widespread-in-georgia The best way to deal with any problem is to acknowledge it and expose it for what it is. But, women deny it instead of acknowledging it, and darn sure are not going to rock the boat.
  16. Do you buy that rich people keep getting richer, mojo? I think there are more poor people in prison than there are rich people, which would be the case because there are fewer rich people every day. Nevertheless, corporations, which became people too are powerful people. Those people will take every bit of your money they can, and put it in their bank. Are corporations people? The U.S. Supreme Court says they are, at least for some purposes. And in the past four years, the high court has dramatically expanded corporate rights. I'm not a class, but I take very good care of myself.
  17. That is great news, juleebella! Russians who like the former KGB SOB, Putin, should not step foot out of Russia. Russians who are neutral can still compete in the Olympics.
  18. Anything real in my house is potted plants. There is no room for a dying Christmas tree, which is a fire hazard. I don't even put up my artificial tree because of all the potted plants I brought inside for the winter.
  19. When rich people keep getting richer, and poor people keep getting poorer, I have to at least whine. But, money talks and whining walks. But too, the people who can buy you, give you away and buy you back, don't really give a damn about you, ABR! Of course, you don't really give a damn about them, either, as long as they allow you access to your Chinese goodies and your big oil income, no matter how dirty it makes the air we breathe.
  20. Women are getting smarter, on the average. But, most of them are so different in what they will consider a good man or bad man. Here are some questions I have asked myself and have an answer for. Asking a woman out a second time after she turns you down if she likes you? You're just being persistent. If she doesn’t? It's creepy harassment. If a woman catches you staring at her and she finds you attractive? She thinks you are into her, and that's awesome! If she doesn’t like you? It's creepy harassment.
  21. Trump’s tax plan would mean a $7.1 billion reward for his family — and cost taxpayers $10 trillion https://www.rawstory.com/2016/07/trumps-tax-plan-would-mean-a-7-1-billion-reward-for-his-family-and-cost-taxpayers-9-5-trillion/
  22. I listen to songs, like Noel, during the Christmas season!
