I'm glad that police body cams have a function that captures 30 seconds before the officer turns it on. But what is the officer was more careful and allowed for that 30 seconds? I wonder how many times police forget about the 30 second go back on their camera? It seems to me that the camera should be on before they get out of their vehicle.

NPR is only diluted in their findings if people who don't like the truth call their news fake. Most NPR people search hard to avoid being liable for defamation of someone's character.
