Doesn't a restoration bring down the value?
Not necessarily.
I am looking for original hardware and help to replace some of the framework that has broken. Several of the drawer supports are gone so I will be replacing those and looking for the matching finish.

We recently inherited a Hoosier Cabinet from the early 1900s. The cabinet has been in the family since it was purchased but could use some TLC to bring it back its original condition.
I am searching for original hardware to replace some of the broken pieces but could really use the help of a professional.
Has anyone dealt with someone in this area? Anybody local to recommend?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Mexican would be great, but then again so would a decent breakfast place. hummmmm how bout a mexican breakfast burrito?
I agree. We need a nice spot for breakfast in the area. I keep hoping that someone will by the old Top of the Ridge building and turn it into something nice.
I think most people around here stop by Grands on their way to work and grab something for breakfast on the go.

It is a sad day for baseball fans.

Sounds like we will have to head up there soon.
Will there be a live band every weekend?

We were told today that there is a new mexican restaurant opening in the ridge road Kroger plaza. It looks like they are converting two of the open stores into one for the restaurant. It sounds like it will be opening in mid-April.
Has anyone heard anything?
It sure would be nice to have a margarita within five minutes of the hacienda.

I just read the "offending" post and thought it was one of the most thoughtful, caring posts ever written on this forum.
Your post shows what kind of person you are.
I have never used your service in the past but will call you the next time I need help.
Thanks for being real.

Do they also sell DirectTV packages. You know the deal with 4 free receivers and free installation. I'm looking for a deal like that but I can't find one anywhere. I had heard you could find that deal on Paulding.com but since there is no free advertising it is no longer available. Free advertising, kinda like this one about the beer store.
Actually if you will look again at their post you will see that they are a commerce member and have paid to advertise.
I am going to go up there and see if they have Highland Brewing Company's Oatmeal Porter.

I am hoping that someone in the local Parrot Head club will be able to get us advance tix.
Did he play in ATL last year?
-
Does anyone know how late they stay open?
-
Not sure if we are parrot heads but we listen to a lot of Buffett and have been to plenty of concerts.
Our favorite concert has to be the Save the Manatee show in Fort Lauderdale in 1990. It was just Jimmy sitting on stage with an acoustic guitar taking requests. I wish I had a recording of that show, it was too much fun.

I have seen both Richard Marx and Michael Bolton. That's what love will make you do!
Celine Dion opened up for Michael Bolton so it was a double whammy for me that night.

Great photos! Thanks for sharing. I have the photo with the hammerhead as my background on the computer.
We just signed up to chaperone our 4 yr old's Pre-K field trip to the aquarium in the spring. I can't wait to see the whale shark up close.
