West GA Tech's Golden Knights Baseball Team has just won their second game in the Division Playoffs defeating the #1 ranked team - Georgia Perimeter..... So Proud of these boys. There are 2 players from South Paulding - both Sophomores, 1 from East - another Sophomore, and 1 from Hiram - a Freshman. Others are from Douglas County. Congrats Boys!!!!

He told his players yesterday. I am so happy for him & his family..... so sad for his players & South Paulding - he will be sorely missed.

Has anyone read the transcript of the 911 call? The operator couldn't wait to get her off of the phone I haven't had a chance to listen to the actual recording, but the words sounded curt.

My husband had his removed outpatient. He spent less time in the hospital getting it taken care of than he spent suffering from a flare up.

I have been thinking about this a lot as now my kids are all playing different sports. At the time, 3 were playing baseball ( the last one was a couple of years away from even being thought of....LOL) Now - 1 baseball, 1 football, & 2 softball - who could possibly change to 1 tennis & 1 dance. I can't come up with anything I like that isn't already in use.

No February break due to practices, no Spring break due to games.... Just one of the things you have to deal with for HS baseball Enjoy it while it lasts!!!!

I have made them a couple of ways,,, the easy way is to just toast the sandwich ( if you have a toaster oven) Another way was like grilled cheese in a skillet The last way was with a sandwich press. anyway it was totally yummy. -
