maybe make it an insurance matter that by law cannot raise others rates if actuated...
add a seatbelt rider in the insurance premium....pay extra not to wear one..pay less to wear one.get a red sticker for your tag if you pay not to have seatbelts worn...get a blue one otherwise..so the police could see without a pullover..at the end of each quarter have the insurance companies dump the $$ not spent minus a handling fee and interest earned into a fund that would eliminate the taxpayers "extortion" for those uninsured without seatbelts...

That would be harassment, if your boss isn't willing to do anything, then I would go in and tell him that if he doesn't do anything about it, you're going to bring up charges with the labor board for them harassing you and him not doing anything about it!

offer babysitting services for mom and dads night out...advertise on pcom....knock on neighbors doors...chuck some fliers in your area...offer to clean the kitchen and restroom after the kiddies go to sleep for a small additional fee...offer multi uses discounts...offer discounts for referrals...adjust as necessary...do good in school

The last one was worse than that.
The 15 year old was a sex offender and he was in a group home for sex offenders. The woman who got 6 months jail time was his counselor and apparently it was in those sessions where she had sex with him... reportedly seven or more times.
I would wonder what the young sex offender was in on ... and whether the effort at sexual relations with the counselor was improper but, at least in her mind, an effort to be theraputic. In otherwords, maybe she was 'saying' with actions that see, you like women better than little boys 'cause we're more fun.

counselor is just a freak...probably in the sex " counseling " field for just that reason
there is a double standard here though...truthfully if a 20+ woman had sex with a 16 yr old boy most men at least would wanna know how she looked
if a 20+ man had sex with a 16 yr old girl he is a rapist

Yes, but there are some that can keep a healthy balance of their own lives, and help others without anyone knowing about it. We help out others, but do not advertise it, and are happy doing it.
and there are those that understand ALL people make mistakes and have feelings..not every step taken will be the right one..everyone is the same...guilty of harming others...while some skeletons are made public most stay in the dark deep closet because no one will admit their trespasses and face the shame..they act holier than thou...but show they are not in their actions
then there are judges..they sit in a position of infallibility..they are always right....even though they have made mistakes in their life just like everyone else they are right at the moment...dispute that and face the judges...
i have no need of judges
people that make mistakes and try to make amends are ok by me...thats the right thing to do
by the way...my nature makes me a judge and i will admit i fight it everyday because it only harms...NEVER helps..

I was told once that it's illegal for them to place their cards in little ziplock bags and then weight the bags down with rocks so they can throw them in your driveway (the illegal part being the rocks). We get this from time-to-time too--does anyone know if this is a legal practice?i wish rocks were illegal period...someone throws them in my garden every year
