I had a good friend growing up, she started really young. She learned all about it from her step dad. He never molested her but, he taught her just about everything, let her watch porn, look at dirty magazines. Sadly, I don't think this is too uncommon
i agree with you that in the past those ways you listed were the most common ways kids learn of this stuff
but now i think it is compounded by the availability of the internet unrestricted to most kids anytime they are near a computer
being that kids are naturally curious and computer savvy, combined with parents that dont even consider THEIR child would ever do something like that...well
what strikes me is that in that one class so many were willing to do, guard, or watch...i wonder whether it would be any different if given the opportunity anywhere..
heck times have changed..sadly i didnt even know the true difference in boys and girls until i was 10...except they liked dresses and dolls, and boys liked gi joe and forts

i have been good friends and work acquaintances with mr chupps uncle alan...saw alan yesterday and talked a bit about travis..
alan is devastated and his main concern was for his sister and her family, mr chupp's daughter, girlfriend and her 2 year old boy..
from what we talked about travis was quite the guy..alan thought the world of him..myself and my family offer our deepest sympathy to the family and hope everyone close to travis finds peace in this time of sorrow
anything i can offer to help, alan or family, please just ask

That's what I was thinking.
By age 35, you'd think she'd be a little more creative, at least... or at least a bit more discreet
maybe that was the creative part....set it up so if she did get caught she could be in a situation that rape was believable
that way all she had to do was realize she was caught and yell rape...seems creative enough..in a sad sick kind of way

correct action taken..wife needs jail..hubby needs a real relationship..the dead guy took his chances when he had an affair with a married woman...i mean if i was the other guy and i stopped to consider the repercussions of what if i get caught with some guys wife...getting shot would definitely make the top 5

fond memories of my trips to spring break at pcb back in the mid 80's...

Most men don't have baby showers for their friends. Most women do. That is the difference as I see it. Would it be NICE to have a shower there? Sure! But not expected because his friends are there.
agreed...not to mention having a shower with my mil would be a little weird..even if it was one of those poolside thingies it should still be one at a time

We have also always owned Dodges... Just a Dodge family I guess. (Till I bought my Jeep) This is the first Tranny problem we have had.

dodges are hit or miss
some have transmissions that go 250,000 without a problem like my slt 1500...some have problems from day 1...have seen folks go through 3 transmissions in less than 100,000 miles

Yes, all members can read items in the optional forums. They are there primarily to keep the topics from being caught up in google and have our conversations spread throughout the net.
