Wow thanks DK for the response. Our neighborhood is small but has been hit several times with car break ins and things being taken out of the yard etc. I will read over this again and proceed.

Someone mentioned in that thread neighborhood watch and such. I think we need that in my neighborhood, whats the best way to get one started? Anyone have any suggestions?

lol never seen Ghost Whisperer...this happened about 10 years ago. To hear her dad tell the story was so funny..talking about him posed to hit a grandslam..atleast this kid didn't die and actually came back about 4 years later thinking him for teaching him a valuable lesson and what kind of friends he was hanging with.

A friend of mine's dad did this sordof years ago..he put a solid steel pole in the ground and then built the mailbox out of steel and painted it black, then built a thin wooden post around the steel pole to make it look like your typical wooden/plastic mailbox. His mailbox had been demolished about 5 times and he had enough. Next time the kids tried to use the bat to knock down the mailbox, he was sitting on his front porch at about 2 am, said he saw them coming and watched the kid lean out of the window from about waist up, both hands on the bat like he was gonna hit a grandslam...when the

I agree with what most everyone has said. If she value's your work and the way you take care of her children then she shouldn't want to cut your pay. Another thought crossed my mind, but please please don't take it personally, it's not meant to be an attack on you, just a thought...Is she trying to cut your pay to force you to quit? Does she maybe have someone else who will work for cheaper pay in mind to replace you with? (I gotta quit watching so many CSI, Criminal mind and NCIS shows..lol)

yeah I was listening to the dispatcher and she knew exactly where the tracker was at all times. Could even tell them when the car was stationary. But after reading the last reports i am confused, they had said earlier on the scanner they had a black tahoe in the condo complex but not sure if they ever found the driver. So who did they catch, the guys in the gold car thought to be the wrong guys originally or the guy in the black suv?

not to mention adding a high speed chase to the mix, eluding officers, endangering the lives of others....what an idiot

my daughter just passed them over on Thornton road about 15 min ago. They are now reporting him on MLK SE. She said fox 5 helicopter was flying over the scene when she passed them on Thornton and I20 They are showing the person's car now stationary at MLK and Boulder Park according to dispatcher

thanks...I don't have any of the info..the house was built in 98..I will check the window to see if there is any info as to what type they are. I am hoping we can just replace the glass and not the entire window. I forgot the size of the window at home, I will have to get that and then maybe try some local glass companies to see if they do glass replacements in windows.

So yesterday my son hit a baseball through our kitchen window. It is a builder grade aluminum double pane window with the white squares in the window. Anybody know if the glass can just be replaced or do we need to get the window replaced? Never had to deal with this before so not sure what to do or who to get quotes from. Any advice or recommendations would be great Thank You

I heard this on the Bert show this morning and thought wow what a voice. They said on the Bert show people were comparing him to Justin Beiber or however you spell his last name.
