good morning.

yep our shelter accepts them and would love to have them

I knew we would have another cold spell. After 4 or 5 years of taking all my winter clothes upstairs too early, I finally got wise. I don't care if it is 105 on March 15th, you gonna have some more cold till Easter. By the way PB, May will be hot as hell!!!!
one can hope!!
loves me some hot weather! i think i will go hibernate for the rest of spring break.

i found my dad through myspace and classmates/reunion.com

k, I think I am gonna pick a fall date though.
Everyone just needs to stay tuned.
i agree with BBG up there, YOU pick a date and post it and they will come! the fact that you are willing to plan an event is wonderful in its self
personally i like the summer event idea. i think it would be a good thing to have one major event for every season ie, Santa pics, doggie dash in the spring along with yard sale, summer fest, then paulding meadows in fall (yep, im still proud of that one! ). the more that is done the more money that is available for the animals of paulding.
the more events the better. gives people who want to volunteer a chance to sign up for things because there would be more events, times, and a variety of things to chose from. i know some people have been disappointed because they have wanted to volunteer for something but couldnt because of family, work, etc.
plan it and they WILL come

We ALWAYS have cold spells till Easter. Average last freeze is April 20.
lol, you were right Sooch!!!
can i get a forcast for May please?

screw the bibs, strip'm down to the diaper! just hose baby off when you're done!
great advice!!! been there done that over, and over, and over....
hairspray will work on ink. spritz on and let dry.
saline solution will work on blood. you can use contact lens solution, because idk about y'all but i just dont have bags of saline laying about the house . the saline is the same % of salt solution (for lack of a better term) that you have in your body and it keeps from lysing the red blood cells thus releasing the hemoglobin that stains clothing.
dish washing detergent will remove all traces of lipstick!!! put it on and it dissolves the oil in the lipstick. run clothes through a soak/prewash cycle then a regular wash cycle.
if you concerned about the chemicals in pre-treat/stain removers i would do the treatment on the stain then wash in regular detergent, then in dreft and a couple of rinses just to be on the safe side.
hope this helped

Bumplett already tried to call them and they didnt have the records anymore

Morning pcomers...
I just got off the phone with Bumplett and she has found 2 very well taken care of adult black labs. they were roaming free in Sedgefield Subdivision off hwy 120 (across from Hunters Glen sub). just down from Evans Mill Sub.
anyways they have expired rabies tags (05) from Douglasville Animal Hospital and are on their way to the Paulding County Animal Control.
if anyone has missing dogs or know where they belong please call Animal Control at 770-445-1511.
thanks y'all, lets hope these fur kids find their owners!!!

i learned how to drive a stick shift on hwy 92 right there where the powder springs sub is before you get to Macland in 1988.
the gas station was a Kangaroo station. anyone remember that?
sheeze im getting old. and cranky

Interestingly, I left my house around 9:30am. I saw 3 wrecks within 5 miles of my house. Iced over roads and people driving okay until BOOM a patch of ice. By the time I made it to Rome (Took me double my normal time!), I had seen 7 wrecks. The first three were in Paulding, the others were Bartow and Floyd.
So, good decision? I guess that depends which road you live on. Main roads, not a big problem. Side roads, PROBLEMS! I have driven on icy roads before. No, these were not THAT bad, but I truly think an intelligent choice would have been to have delayed school by 2 hours at least.
i agree a 2 hr delay would have been the best solution.

All the ones I visit are in downtown Atlanta. The ones out here are.. meh.
Insurrection at the corner of Cheshire Bridge and Peidmont is a good one.
