Prayers for your family on this sad occasion. -
I hope I don't sound like a fire engine chaser as I post this every time I hear of another fire. I feel so strongly about the value of family photographs that I can't help but offer my services to help save and teach others how to save those "vehicles to rekindle memories". I'm so sorry to hear of another fire. Please read the following and let me know if I can help you - beyond prayers for your family. The loss of most items can be replaced at the local store, but the loss of old photos can't be replaced. The damage can look much worse than it really is for the ph

Again I will post this as I believe so strongly in the power of photographs to rekindle memories and keep us connected to the past. I'm so sorry to hear of another fire. As I always post when I see of a fire. I'm so sorry to hear of another fire. Please read the following and let me know if I can help you - beyond prayers for your family. The loss of most items can be replaced at the local store, but the loss of old photos can't be replaced. Directions: Marietta Hwy. 120 through the square in Marietta. When you see the Cobb County Library on the right, turn left on to Cole Street. The main gate is one block on the right. The big event on Monday starts at noon. Music will start a bit earlier. It is usually about an hour long with the presentation of colors, speeches, military bands, the presentation of flower wreaths from MAN

NicholasColePhotographer's Mother Passed Away
nicholascolephotographer replied to melw0103's topic in May they rest in Peace
Thank you all so much for your notes. As many of you know this was not unexpected. You supported me in my role as her primary caregiver for the last 2 - 3 years and your encouragement has been truly appreciated. The following verse I found on the opening page of my mother's extensive genealogy research book. We will all ourselves all go to sleep Before our seed on the earth arise,. Yet the allotted field we have Truly, diligently, and conscientiously cultivated; So, I think, we can in peace depart. The future generations will themselves act and suffer. Nichola -
Nemie's Grandmother passed away
nicholascolephotographer replied to Handy Hubby Steve's topic in May they rest in Peace
My prayers are for you and Steve for safe travel. As one who is a primary care giver to my 94 year old, I know I will have to go through this in the not so distant future. The difference is, I won't have to travel. God bless you both. -
Here is a link to the Marietta Journal obituary (Dec. 23 2006) for information on a very interesting German lady who was a customer of a number of businesses in Dallas including mine. http://www.mdjonline.com/articles/2006/12/24/96/10241771.txt
