Did you see the opening scene? That was awesome, almost as if the plane came through the auditorium.

What problem do you have with Carolyn she is part of the dynamic trio that intends to bring 2,000 to 3,000 jobs to Paulding... How do I know this....well I read it in the paper you know the full page ad along with the Board of Directors of the chamber who supported the commercialization of the airport. Yea Blake, Jamie And Carolyn the dynamic creator of aero space jobs.... And what have they done.... A secretary job and a FBO operator wow and what kind of salaries??? I am guessing close to or over $400,000 for the three of them. What a bargain.

I give him more respect than most, I will follow this closely until the gavel drops closing this session. Still to quite to suit me... Just have to wait and see. Richardson has a lots of friends left down there and the firm was handling the e-mails so........ Just have to wait and see. If it was some how pulled off I think that would be enough to start the recall on David.

Trust me Surepip he knew. The commissioners knew they had been deceived by him also. What other reason would they change there minds in the middle of discussing a MOTION , Withdraw the original motion and then vote to table the resolution. Now you do have to give David some credit though he still voted to carry through the deceptive tactics.

That by no means was a first draft as you allude to, It was in fact the draft sent to Howard Maxwell completely ready to be dropped into the hopper. Of course it has not been dropped yet because the Board of Commissioners has not voted to support any change in local legislation. True it is not necessary to have the support of the commissioners but it sure makes things move along a lot better, Most politicians have a fear of primary opposition since it always comes from their own party affiliation, and they tend to be a little reluctant to rock the boat at election time. I do find Todd Pownal

Lets hear the case in Superior Court that is just lying there begging to be heard.... What has the County got to hide, let the citizens side be heard in a open honest and transparent manner.
-
Very good questions, but...........they are falling on deaf ears. I believe it was pointed out last night in clips form the chamber video that no one has in response to question #1

You really don't have a clue do you?
-
You were not paying attention.... All of the IBA board members were also Board members of the Airport Authority, And they simply could just call a meeting and loan each other our tax dollars( which they did). And yes David Austin and His Brother Boykin Austin do set on both authorities. And do have other powerful jobs in the County. That loan is of course one of the pending law suits that you so proudly proclaim as being "frivolous" !!!! Oh.... did you also note that all three boards that the Austin brothers sit on attempted to pass resolutions to change a constitutional Amendment t

LPPT In this post you are mirroring the leaders of this county that secretly imposed the airport burden on us.. IT IS NOT A HANDFUL OF SEVERLY IMPACTED PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORT. as you contend, All through out this county a VAST MAJORITY of citizens do not want the second Atlanta airport here in Paulding County.. We are on a daily basis being lied to by the leaders of this County, They are still secretly trying to change local legislation to allow the LEADERS of this county to spend TAX DOLLARS on a Airport that we do not want... If you have any influence, Please tell David Austin we do not

LPPT here is the problem in a nut shell AJC ARTICLE, 2/27/14 Thanks, Kelly! Paulding taxpayers foot bill for airport work By Kelly Yamanouchi - The Atlanta Journal-Constitution As Paulding County residents battle a plan to commercialize their county’s airport, county officials are going around the opposition — and dipping into tax dollars — to keep the project moving. The county commission recently approved using the general fund to pay for a taxiway widening project expected to cost the county nearly $2 million. That was after a bond issue intended to finance the work

We asked for a public meeting...... No we begged for public meetings, I personally asked David Austin for town hall type meetings. David could come to any meeting. The only public meeting that David has discussed this issue was in front of the select group at the Chamber, He has now waited until the FAA has now forced a public meeting through the settlement of a law suit. All the commissioners should hold or attend the meetings associated with the airport. Is all this Davids Fault...... No sir they were ten folks on the Airport Authority negotiations and seven folks on the IBA and their

LPPT The pure and simple facts are we were lied to, they used the Chamber and 30 + respected business to try and sell a lie and the people just simply did not buy the secrecy that has been used to sell this deal. This is a PR night mare and every meeting that he attends he just digs a deeper hole to get out of. No amount of PR can undo the misinformation that has been put out on this issue By David Austin and Tommie Graham. Get real girl folks were caught lying... On camera.... Multiple times.... Over the last three BOC meetings. if you don't see this then you are not paying attention. I pe

The protect Paulding group filmed the entire meeting and it will be on that face book page as well as the Stop the Paulding County Airport expansion face book page. Could take a day or so to post.
-
And you should also remember that all the commissioners were invited to attend And only Todd Pownall thought enough of the people in Paulding County to attend. Get in the real world toxic over half the top leadership in this county was caught in one of the biggest lies and fraud to hit this County in quite a while. Heck look at the last three videos of the BOC meeting.. I know you are smarter than that. That was the other side that you speak of.
-
What a grand idea, David's door is always open, Can I film this meeting?
-
You will be welcomed and respected, Look forward to seeing you there
-
If what you are implying is truthful then lets have a few town hall type meetings and let the folks vote on it during this years primary or general elections.

Pubby I am not running for any elective office are you? the ball is not in my court, That was no compromise.... That was a capitulation to allow them to continue to do what they planned to do all along. We discussed your compromise weeks, months ago. Once commercial service is there the TAX PAYERS of this county are obligated to continue that service by the FAA Heck you new that. Of course we could get legislation passed that would limit any extension of run ways without a referendum.... so what... we have a constitutional Amendment that created the IBA that forbids them from lo
-
Since you come down on the side of the pro group what compromise do you propose?
-
Because your slip was showing a few minutes ago. A real dead give away, Been knowing who you were for some time, Will out you when the time comes.... Just got to give you and David a little more rope. We do have some of the same friends!!!
-
Wow Yorkville is what one mile from the end of the existing runway, and you want to compare that with Dobbins??? Girl get real!!!!
-
I wonder why CPR is not willing to join with you and meet with Chairman Austin as you suggest. Based on her post she does seem to be very interested in the entire Airport issue. maybe she will come and meet with you secretly at tonight's meeting?
-
And if commercial air flights are permitted that little community of Yorkville Georgia is right in the cross hairs of Silver Comet Field

With proper management and a good business plan the airport has a good chance of being successful as a general Aviation Airport ( which is what it was built for) Those in power chose to convert to a Commercial Passenger facility, The airport was mot designed for that Millions will eventually have to be spent for this conversion. If those millions were being spent to provide hangar space as well as buildings that would provide for Maintenance and repair operations then the airport could possibly be something other than a money pit. When you remove all the talking points and just take a look
