    I so wish you would stick with facts instead of this political innuendo. You should be ashamed. We built this airport for a General aviation airport you have the you tubes to prove that. A man word is his bond. No amount of Bull Chit can change the words that was promised to the citizens. If the airport authority was going to go back on their word then they should of had a vote on the issue. You like secret meetings. The citizens deserve open meetings and above board dealings on matters of this magnitude I hope they turn away the likes of you and David Barnett

    Pubby was all for outside help when the school board used a PR concern (could of been the same one he spoke of) to cram the $125 million dollar school bond down our throats the second time around, Of course Pubby never saw a tax increase that he did not like, And was in full support of this tax increase as he was all the others also.

    I have looked at the opportunities that a major airport hub will bring to this county, And it is crystal clear right down the road in Clayton County Georgia... Are you satisfied with the School system in Clayton County? How about the sheriff's Department ? maybe you like the traffic congestion, or the noise pollution that surrounds HJ Airport? Heck go down there and breathe some of the good fresh air that surrounds the airport for miles around. "And believe you me, if there was going to be airliners I would not be a part of this, never ever would I be a part of this" I really question the credibility of those that was interviewed for what appears to be a info mercial. Why was David Austin not interviewed he was the highest ranking elected official at all of those meetings along with his brother Boykin..... Something is wrong when a handful of elected officials can put this county in debt for over $50 million dollars without a vote from the citizens

    Only ethical leaders would use the County web site ,or post it on the main entrance doors to the administration building where it would be available for all to see. Unethical leaders would allow it to be posted in a obscure place like the inner doors of the commissioners meeting rooms. You decide. A 9:39 AM post on the day of the meeting on a local website is by no means a legal notification of a public hearing as required by law.. I am quite sure that this issue will be settled in a court of law, And I doubt very seriously that the County attorneys will use the posting on a local

    You know the game and how it is played, quit covering for David Austin he had a secret meeting that was required by law in order to raise taxes, All this time he was secretly spending millions on the airport that required the tax increase. He was able to pull this off with the help of two commissioners Tommie Graham and David Barnett the reality is taxes were raised that year on a lot of folks, For some reason you did not report it like you always have. But wait that was not going to cost us one red cent....what happened to that promise??? First the notice was not posted on the Court House doors or the Doors of the Administration Building they were posted on the inner doors of the entrance to the meeting room second floor where the Commissioners meet for their regular scheduled monthly meetings............... It was not posted on the Paulding.gov web site where all the other meetings are posted. Only a handful of folks in the inner circle were even aware of this meeting. I became aware of it after the polls closed on election night at the Reception that David Austin was hosting
