Just so you know, I have had two conversations with Paulette during this campaign,Once at the Chamber event at the Dallas Theatre, And once at the courthouse as the Primary results were being counted.We know each other and I did question her on some of her campaign claims, Particular her tax and spend habits while serving on the school board. In the past election it did come to light and was discussed around various meetings,Not sure if it was ever posted on p.com. There are other reasons for a pre trial diversion plea. Insurance Fraud is a felony carrying a maxium sentence of 5 years in prison,along with a sizeable fine,Plus it would be on her record for the rest of her life,And she would lose a lot of rights that a non felon enjoys.

I took the Cobb County police record that was posted by Pubby as face value, I logged onto the Cobb County DA's web site, and took that information as face value. Paulette, according to the information posted was indicted, And a trial date was set. Through her attorney she got a pre trial diversion case closed you decide why Paulette did this, I personally think she was guilty as charged

What elected official in there right mind would jump in and openly support Paulette with all the baggage she is carrying?

She was arrested for Insurance Fraud, She chose not to carry the case to trial, She signed the pretrial agreement, And followed through on the provisions of the signed agreement. I believe the record will reflect that she was not only arrested but was also indicted,And a trial date was set for July or August, She chose not to go to trial,But rather entered the pre trial diversion program what is your point?
