How do you know someone is biracial? Biracial what? Mexican/White? Indian/White? Chinese/White? Mexican/Black?

 

Or do we just assume they meant Black/White?

The "victim" was a POS anyway. Run from the police and you might get shot. Easy fix - follow the law and don't run from the police.

 

I believe the officer was retired from a department with years of experience. Old people get confused sometimes.
