    Getting back to the actual freaking topic that our resident drunk retard, libtroll, and rightflinger have hijacked... I can see both sides of this one. On one hand I understand not wanting to taint potential jury pools in cases by allowing a simple records requeest become a backdoor to get video clips on the evening news or youtube before a case is even heard or finishes being tried. On the otherhand the idea of the footage NEVER being available at any point is preposterous to me.
