I Have Always Kept My Gun In My Car, Or Truck,
The Texture replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
While I agree, the other issue that may or may not occur is that people around open carriers tend to tense up if they are not used to being around others who are armed. I went into a taco bell last week, I had my SSA with 7 inch brl. on my hip. The girl at the register's eyes went quite wide. I placed my order. she asked if I was a LE. I said no. (I haven't been for about a year now) She then asked why I had my piece. I replied "Would you rather someone eating here have it or not have it when someone else comes to rob the place?" Her only response: "Good point." She threw in a free 7 l -

The mistake you are making is NOT that you are watching the open carrier closely, but that you aren't watching everyone equally. -
Anyone else's house beginning to show it's age?
The Texture replied to The Sound Guy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My parents had a house built over in the Hiram area around 1997. The front wall in the foyer to the right of the door had a huge crack running through it, the ceiling in the dining room had a leak, the water heater died within 2 years, the sump pump did as well. Ide rather deal with lead paint and asbestos...actually now that I think about it, I have been all my life and so had everyone else. Beats the crap out of cracks and crap in your house. -
The jokes around here don't run....they limp and shamble.

Because according to the forums rules you could be banned by the moderators for doing so...assuming this isn't the kind of place where people with like-minded political ideologies don't courier special treatment...much like the Georgia state government. Like that? I agreed with you and told you to shut up in the same statement; I'm so talented. -

Agreed. To anyone who wants to take my guns away, consider this: With what do you intend to do so with?

Nathan Deal is a crook and a lying manipulative sack of crap, however he is somewhat kept in check by the large conservative base in Georgia. Which is both a good and a bad thing. Fiscal conservatism is something I support, ergo I detest the idea of raising the minimum wage which hither-there-to means Deal is unlikely to do something with regards to that I would disagree with. However by the same token, there are plenty of other unrelated issues to minimum wage that this means he would support that I do not. If you manage to start a new thread on such a topic I would offer my concurrence to it

But then I would be supporting their habit by keeping them employed. Ide rather them get a job you have to wear a suit for which to interview. -

Assuming he did what he was convicted of, his fate was better than he deserved... However... Still doesn't change my mind that Capital Punishment is not something our CJ system should engage in. (please take special note that I didn't say I think it is morally wrong in and of itself before trying to bludgeon me with your opinion on the matter) -
