    Rightfully so. Becoming a judge doesn't make a person any less human or any less another lawyer. Certainly doesn't make their judgment ethical at all times or infallible.

    Want to know why fit parents don't receive 50-50 parenting? Because shared parenting reduces the amount of money that the state receives in federal funding for welfare. Therefore the non-custodial parent is reduced to 4 days a month. The gooberment knows this, judges especially. They are also aware that you don't know this.     According to the article, @FreeJack_Thomas are boys being kept from their mother due to false allegations of sexual abuse by Coweta County Courts. They have been sent to the US Virgin Islands by their father and his billionaire wife. There will be a public forum on this case and parental alienation. When details are made available, I invite anyone interested on how to fight alleged corruption to attend.

    We have a winner! I don't know when or how but I have an idea of who and from what story this can possible occur. It is also unknown if these ethics violations will ever become public. I'm sure there will be an attempt to bury the ethics violations along with the messenger. To find gems in public record all you need do is follow the relationship between certain lawyers and judges.

    The girlfriend should have gone to jail as well. That should not be overlooked. How is DV ever going to be taken seriously if it is prosecuted with gender bias. How many have died of poisoning but it fell under the radar? If women are allowed to abuse men and men are either arrested themselves or ridiculed for asking for help the problem can only continue to escalate. That means some don't want a solution to the problem because it feeds money into the [corrupt] system.

    Well sometimes $300,000/yr isn't enough. Santa Clara County child support services head placed on paid leave. Since 2008 he racked up over 55,000 dollars on his credit cards for himself and other employees to earn bonuses for himself. Frequent flyer miles etc. all given to him by fraud.
