  1. That's a crock. That's like saying someone isn't racist because he has black "friends". Because he dated a black person in his lifetime he can't be racist? My children's mother is Jody Ebright Todd, Executive Assistant to the VP of Corporate Communications at The Home Depot, Stacey Tank and direct report to CEO Craig Menear. She called our kids and other people ghetto, negro, nigga, nigglet and uiqqer. We argued about it for years. The fact that she has biracial children doesn't give her a license to call our children and others racially insensitive pejoratives. Dating a black person doesn't g
  2. After losing a mother and grandmother, this is a possibility. Nevertheless, she is a child and is not fully mentally developed or mature.
  3. I have been saying for years on here that family courts rip male role models out of children's lives nationally and globally. I've posted several times that Judge Tonny S. Beavers has said as teenagers get older, parents are "superfluous". Father's are destroyed by family courts daily. On Father's day here in Paulding County one father after another came to the Sheriff's office seeking a report related to withheld visitation or enforcement of a court order for visitation, on Beavers' and Vinson's watch. The only thing courts care about are child support dollars that lead to matching Title IV-
  4. I repeat... Judge Beavers says, "...as teenagers get older, parents are superfluous". May be if parents weren't forced out of their children's lives by incompetent courts, the kids would have better guidance. Seems to me some kids are set up to fail and then populate private prisons.
  5. I'm wrong and you're right. I apologize. It's totally feasible that in all the world that was the only teenager on the planet that was obnoxious. I'm pretty sure if the officer threw a crying baby down a flight of stairs you'd excuse the officer because the baby wasn't quiet on command.
  6. I'm pretty sure there were a lot of girls being obnoxious snots but they all weren't destroyed that day. The officer was out of line and for you to say he wasn't says a lot. Do you treat your kids that way when they are obnoxious?
  7. If teenagers were abused in this manner every time they were rebellious, this would be a daily if not an hourly occurrence in most schools. For you to morally equate the resource officer's actions to the child's civil disobedience is troubling. If the child has similar patterns of conduct I'm sure you'd find where there is smoke, there is fire. But if you insist, we'll wait for the results of his most recent trial that is upcoming.
  8. You should do as your told. But the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Cultural conditioning comes in when you see the level of force used on that child. I know for a fact that teenage girls of other races/ethnicities are just as rebellious if not more so but they don't get destroyed by resource officers.
  9. The word rodeo has a link. Did you try clicking it? My children had parents that were involved long enough to establish structure in their lives. Mom isn't all bad but I do hope you have the pleasure of her acquaintance in your lifetime. She is the type that frequently believes her children can do no wrong and it's all the teacher's fault.
  10. Cultural conditioning cultivates racial insensitivity making such incidents ripe for the picking. This isn't the officer's first "rodeo". He's done this before. I couldn't imagine a black cop even thinking about dragging a blonde hair, blue eyed girl on the floor. Not even if the child was belligerent. These are the differences in cultural experiences that give a differing perspective of reality.
  11. Judge Beavers says, "...as teenagers get older, parents are superfluous". May be if parents weren't forced out of their children's lives by incompetent courts, the kids would have better guidance. Seems to me some kids are set up to fail and then populate private prisons. You can teach kids valuable life lessons without flinging them around like rag dolls and putting them at risk to physical injury because of civil disobedience.
  12. She is a kid. Frontal lobe development (rationalization) isn't complete until early twenties. Development certainly won't occur if you bash a kid's skull against the floor. She poses no threat to herself or anyone else. She is seated quietly and because she won't give up her cell phone she should be thrown around and drug on the floor? It's amazing to me how brute force is okay with some children and officers but it isn't even a consideration with others. Teenagers are rebellious so it happens with other kids but such force is only common to some children. The resource officer has a known his
  13. When involved parents are removed from their children's lives #OnBeaversWatch, is that part of the problem or part of the solution? "... as teenagers get older, parents are superfluous." - Chief Judge Tonny S. Beavers, Paulding County Superior Court. "...and when those babies get past 13 years old, their maleficence is unleashed on the rest of us." - Lyn Vaughn http://www.cbs46.com/Clip/11933539/just-a-minute-do-you-know-what-hooliganism-is#ixzz3pONpmnoh
  14. That goes for many things in life. Some judges are competent and some are incompetent. Being a superior court judge means you won a popularity contest during an election in which you ran unopposed after being appointed by a governor. It doesn't mean you are qualified or competent.
  15. Can it be said that for anyone to say that parents are superfluous in the lives of teenagers, much less for a judge to say it, is irresponsible?
  16. Yes, I know what an IEP is. Guess who doesn't know what an IEP is? The mother's counsel asked the father on the witness stand if he knew what one was and he didn't!!! I was in the courtroom. The IEP was for a child with behavioral problems and was in desperate need of structure. The mom was a very involved and structured parent. As with most teenagers the boys rebelled against structure and Judge Beavers obliged their wishes. On Beavers' watch, I'm certain it will be a very long time before that mother ever sees her children again, if ever. The dad was his children's friend and openly mock
  17. If an off-duty police officer feels at home impersonating an FBI agent in Judge Beavers' courtroom, what does that say? Did an attorney and officer of the court put the off-duty officer up to doing this? The officer had no earthly idea who I was, who told him?
  18. I don't have anything to hide. As a matter of fact I "hide in plain sight" for my own protection. As an advocate for children and parents' rights, I am frequently approached by strangers for advice and assistance. I'll have my guard up going forward. It's not like the attorney didn't already have my phone number and information since she represented my opposing party a couple of years ago. If she recognizes me through my advocacy, I'm flattered. May be she doesn't like some of my posts where I accurately described events in court or review her public record documents. I would think it woul
  19. This has been an eventful day. I stopped by Judge Beavers' court today as an observer as I so often do, and low and behold I was recognized by an attorney that I haven't seen in nearly 2 years. Should I be flattered? Ms. Parisa Herrin was representing a police officer's wife and upon completion of her case and after Ms. Herrin left the court, an unidentified man came back in the court room to question me, identifying himself as "FBI Agent Dan Taskel" (spelling?). I don't know if he was her client's husband/off-duty police officer misrepresenting himself as a federal agent because he offered n
  20. For a case that old, I don't know. Because of the age of the case, the court reporter may be retired or deceased by now so it may just be a court clerk charge of 50 cents/page. Usually it is $1.50 per page with the first copy to be generated being $3.50/page. After the first copy, all subsequent copies of the transcript would be $1.50 per page.
  21. In family law circles, CPS is a beast all of its own. I really can't speak on that subject but I am aware that DFACS/CPS makes a lot of money for the state by having children in their custody. The more children they have the more funding they get. Forced adoptions for Title IV-E funding is also a problem. Without statistics and children, federal funding is reduced and jobs are lost. So, there is always incentive for CPS workers to fudge the facts. Because we are conditioned to keep these matters private, the public never knows of the atrocities that occur in the "best interests of childre
  22. "Frustrated Chapter 2" is now available online and it's really good. This documentary takes an unbridled look into the issues of family law that the COURTS DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT. Peeking behind the curtain of family law, you learn about paternity fraud, parental alienation, false allegations, the domestic violence industrial complex, child support and more. What is Social Security Act Title IV-D and how do states profit from it? For me, watching the documentary raises many questions. Should patterns of unethical conduct be investigated by the GA Bar? Is parental alienation unethical
  23. Woah, are you saying the criminal justice system isn't fair? That's news to me. And all of this time I thought the criminal sentencing disparity between whites and minorities was a myth. While we're at it can we ask why there aren't domestic violence shelters for men (other than sleeping under a bridge) even though they make up 40% of known victims? Or why a man yelling back at a woman is abuse but a woman hitting a man is not physical abuse? So not withstanding the centuries long injustice of minorities, including slavery, genocide of native americans, lynchings, Jim Crow laws, etc., you
