Okay, I just want to state the obvious here people...whether this woman had her insurance properly updated or not is not what should be the issue...the issue should be that a 2 year old boy was left in 40 degree weather...despite her lack of insurance does not make her a serious criminal nor does it make her and her child criminals to be left on the side of the street...Officer Dutton couldn't offer them a ride home?
