  1. Some will say there will be mass shootings and gun fights....In reality, like other states (Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin) that already have these laws on the books, nothing of the like will happen in Georgia. - Jamie
  2. That video certainly speaks poorly of Smith's character. Shameful.... - Jamie
  3. Jesus Christ could run against Hillary or Ted Cruz and lose in this environment. - Jamie
  4. Aren't they taking bids from multiple GCs? - Jamie
  5. I looked up a number of projects in Paulding, like I said nothing really jumped out at me. I will say Paulding consistently utilizes the services of Croft & Associates, but different GCs. Croft does appear on the donor list above. Architects Used: Croft & Associates (Dallas Public Library) Warner Summers Ditzel Benefield & Ward (Paulding County Testing Facility) Croft & Associates (Paulding County 911 Facility) Ksgw Architects (Paulding Co Sheriff Training Center Administration Building) Croft & Associates (Paulding Co. New Georgia Area Fire Station) Croft &
  6. Our of curiosity, what is the issue with a General Contractor selecting subs or accepting bids on a project instead of the county? The general contractor does bid on the project like any other construction project. I just looked up a few projects being bid on for Paulding County and I couldn't find any thing that would make me scratch my head. - Jamie
  7. From a secular point of view the pope needs a wall, the biggest wall he can find. He also needs body guards, an armored car, and whatever else he may need for his safety, but it is hypocritical to condemn anyone or any institution for taking steps for their security. There is nothing non-Christian about securing a border. There is nothing non-Christian about securing your home. - Jamie
  8. You seem to be missing the point of just aloof. These things are not "Christian," in nature. Whether implemented yesterday of 500 years ago. - Jamie
  9. I'm not Catholic, so I will be kind. In my statement above, I referenced the Swiss Guard. Its self explanatory from there. - Jamie
  10. No comment about the Popes personal army? That in and of itself is a wall. The point is we build many walls, Rocky's Mom. They are for protection, they are for boundaries, and even for confinement. There is NO biblical precept against a government protecting its people or a man protecting his home. Not one. With respect to a bridge, we have one and its perhaps narrow, but its legal. We can construct so called "Christian" arguments against everything we do....The United States shouldn't have an army, or close all the prisons and forgive all the inmates of their crimes. Where do we sto
  11. Meanwhile the Vatican is protected by the elite Swiss Guard and of course, walls. Do as I say...Not as I do.. - Jamie
  12. I thought the journalist was a crackpot until I read the article. Its just the OP cherry picking statements. - Jamie
  13. At least his opinion of republicans was a little better than his opinion of jews or blacks. - Jamie

  15. One would think that considering Delta and the City of Atlanta were involved that strings would have already been pulled to get an investigation going. - Jamie
  16. Georgia department of public safety sets the caps I believe. Check their website. Never mind...That is non-consensual towing. - Jamie
  17. I honestly didn't expect to see this so soon, but much like the cotton gin changed agricultural labor so will the robot. http://www.techinsider.io/spreads-robot-farm-will-open-soon-2016-1 - Jamie

  19. The poor K Store in Carrollton received little to no business. It was dead and trashy looking. - Jamie
  20. I was fairly active with my children and at age two any hiking/walking was done with me holding a hand or carrying the child. You just can't move quick enough through terrain with a two year old walking unattended and unsure of its legs. - Jamie
  21. One of my great childhood memories was seeing Labyrinth. My kids love it even now. - Jamie
  22. So an 85 year old, blind, Bulgarian woman has more insight than our President. Go figure...She must be listening to cable news. With an 85% prediction success rate, she is a hell of a lot more accurate in her predictions than the mystical Al Gore. - Jamie
