  1. I now have four weeks to do a six week project before LD's apply. Looks like over time cost will cut my profit by 8-12% on this project.
  2. Alfredo's on Chesire Bridge is and has been the best in town for years. Semi-locally Scalinis and Provinos are good.
  3. 9-7, 10-6 at best. Most likely 8-8 or slightly worse. They depend too much on a high scoring pass oriented offense and are not consistent enough to win it all with what they have. Defense will be same old Falcons, weak secondary and no pass rush. I will watch and support them anyhow.
  4. Had three two years ago for two bulging discs in lower back. First one took pain from back into leg, second some leg relief, third more leg relief. Also went to six weeks of PT which helped tremendously. Still have bad days but all in all it did help. The PT seemed to help more than the shots although it could have just taken some time for the two to work together. I never knew when he put the needle in except for a little pinch and some pressure.
  5. If it is a City of Atlanta school between 12 and 21 years old.
  6. I was in high school, remember some chicks crying, pretty much covers Elvis. RH the Red Cross building is still on JAX Beach I saw it about six years ago when I went to JAX on a business trip. It was the only landmark I remembered from my childhood days at JAX beach.
  7. The Teachings of Don Juan, To Kill a Mockingbird, The King James Version of the Holy Bible (actually had a class the Bible as literature), A Clockwork Orange, The Old Man and the Sea and The Iliad are a few from school.
  8. Stonewall

    plane

If it was a C5 it neither took off or landed at Paulding or Stockmar unless Chuck Yeager was at the yoke.
  9. Just bought a new fleet vehicle for my business. Up front Ad Valorem $1800.00 future tag around $20.00 yearly. Ponder this if I sell the van in say three years that is $600.00 a year AV on that vehicle. The person or business I sell it to has to pay again based on the State of Georgia assessment at the time of purchase to get a new tag. If my old tag averaged $400.00 annually I will have to keep the van at least five years to "break even". If the van changes hands multiple times the lifetime fees could be thousands of dollars on that vehicle. It is a flat out tax increase anyway you look at it
  10. I am truly from another planet, a dinosaur, born in the wrong century. Craft beer and "Candy Crush" are actually subjects that "men" can comment on? You obviously don't hang out with the same crowd I do. Craft beer is for hipsters and pretentious wannabe beer snobs. I know a lot of beer drinkers, I mean serious beer drinkers and none of them drink these snobby "foo-foo" beers. I guess if you want to "talk beer" all these designer, look at me brands are the in thing. Me and my buddies prefer to drink it not show it off and talk about the fragrance.
  11. I absolutely detest school buses other than that school is a good thing.
  12. Close by The Steakhouse, Phat Phils and Frontier (not sure they are still open). None are five star but all can be good if the cuts are right and the cook is on his/her game.
  13. I viewed the link. I wish I had never asked. Thanks for the info anyway.
  14. I stick by my first post I have known him since the late 80's maybe early 90's. Good doctor, terrible boss and horrific bedside manner. Greg saved my father in laws life during his first heart attack and I am thankful for his skills. I still speak to Greg when I see him around town and we usually have a short conversation. However I have a family doctor now who is every bit as talented and thorough and is a really nice guy, too.
  15. Greg is a good doctor but has a very troubled personal life and the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed.
  16. Unless you are driving downtown less than ten blocks do not attempt traffic on a scooter. It is not safe. Someone I know has a daughter who attends UGA and was recently ran over on her "scooter" in front of the campus. She has some pretty bad injuries.
  17. JJ Cale was one of the most respected musicians in the higher circles of guitar/song writing greats. Everyone who is anyone has covered his music. Clapton, Skynyrd, Buddy Guy, B B King, SRV, Allman Bros, Marshall Tucker Band, Waylon, Willie, Hank Jr. and many more. If you can find it from an early version at Clapton's Crossroads Festival with JJ, Clapton, Steve Cropper and KWS freaking brilliant version of They Call Me the Breeze. RIP old friend.
  18. For. Preferred method hanging by the neck until dead. One appeal within 60 days.
  19. Probably the end of Hudson as a Brave there have been trade rumors. He has struggled and is getting a little long in the tooth in baseball terms. He can be a really effective starter and seems to be a really good guy. I hope him the best he is a role model in an age of self centered thugs and cheaters.
