the problem with stunguns is that not everyone is subdued by them. granted most people are, but a significant enough number of people do not respond to them. Also factors like drug use and adrenaline can over ride a taser or stungun. same with beanbag shells and rubber bullets. Sometimes it takes a .40 to the kneecap to get someone to stop coming at you and sometimes it takes a .50DE to the skull to get smeone to stop attacking you. sometimes. but not usually.

and if someone steals your ladder and then dies because of the ladder, then the person who originally owned the ladder should be held accountable because they didnt secure their ladder well enough.
