Stealing or vandalizing yard signs is theft and is un-American!
tundra replied to jhb045's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Is it possible the signs are in the right of way and not on private property? Might want to check with the Paulding Marshall's before you accuse others. I've had several signs stolen, in fact one last week. It had been there since the May primary and now it's gone. I guess it's the way they do things in Paulding. -
free food Paulding Democrats to rally on Saturday at pcom office

I guess you missed Ms White holding the Deal sign, huh? -
Never shared? I can remember getting a PM from someone that knew who I was, I didn't even know that person. It's not as confidential as claimed. If they are using a voter database, they would have known I already voted. Once I voted the political calls stopped. So yes, I'm wondering where they got the phone numbers.

free food Paulding Democrats to rally on Saturday at pcom office

Yes it was a brutal day, strong winds, cold temps but I do know many Republicans were out waving signs all over Paulding County. They didn't have the comfort of hot dogs and a warm building but they surely had a lot of enthusiasm. This was taken at one of the locations. https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xaf1/t31.0-8/p526x296/10658711_943778402303792_3554106806916163752_o.jpg -
I did, my guess is they aren't actually using any voter lists. Not sure where they are getting the numbers? Maybe from Pcom's data base?

Still looking for a rental - preferably "By Owner"

Kind of sad when someone beats you at your own game. Sadly, it's not just top elected officials that are bullies. No wonder Keurig and Hon wouldn't even give Paulding a look. It's not the citizens accusing the largest economic engine in the state of "commercial espionage". <<<<----------What does that even mean????????

Wha, wha, wha. So sick of the whining of the so called leaders of this county. It's a shame a New York company with no track record takes priority over the citizens. Seriously, does anyone believe any successful business would want to move to Paulding County with our leaders talking about "commercial espionage"? Are you kidding me? Yes, the anti-commercial group is moving forward, growing in numbers every single day. Can't wait til January!

Last I checked no one needed my approval for anything. I never supported Patti as anything but a friend. A friend that I feel betrayed me. I need to change the wording on that last post, not all democrats have no values to stand on, just liberal progressive democrats. I know some democrats that are awesome. In fact I know several awesome democrats.
-
No sweetie, it's about doing what you say you're going to do. Patti only said she was getting in the race to beat Pubby, well that's what she told me. She didn't want a David Austin supporter to have a chance. She said she had no desire to hold an elected office. But like most Democrats, you can't believe a word they say. They don't stand on what they believe, they have no solid foundation. And no I didn't vote for her. I voted for Todd. I'm upset because I thought she was a friend. Friends don't tell you one thing and turn around and do the opposite. I'm extremely disappo

hahahaha, it's hard for some to grasp. Out of likes, I like this ^^^^^ Like maybe all of us, you know citizens, plural.

Out of likes, too. ^^^^ I really like this.

Who said anything about needing citizen "approval"?

I'd like to know why this is a "good thing for Paulding overall". Why commercial? Why not make it the best General Aviation airport in Georgia, the original intent of the airport. Do you know businesses are located at General Aviation airports all over the world? Check it out, I assure you it's a good thing for Paulding overall. No commercial airport is the BEST thing for Paulding overall.

My response says I'm not an idiot that isn't paying attention to what is going on in Paulding County. As a resident of Chicago for 18 years, I often have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not still there. My response is characteristic of many people that live in Paulding County, we are not back woods idiots that believe everything someone says because they think it's true. I have no idea who's funding what, except for the taxpayers paying to enrich a law firm. Three simple words would stop all this, NO COMMERCIAL AIRPORT. No more lawsuits, no more targeting, no more family against f

Everything they are proposing can be achieved with a successful General Aviation airport. I just can't understand why anyone believes the same people that couldn't even bring in one prospective company to the airport in 10, yes ten, years thinks commercial is going to magically make all those jobs appear. If you can't do your job, do you really think a promotion is in order or you'd be capable of doing more? Seriously, I've seen NOTHING that indicates a commercial airport will even work. Same roads, same people on the AA, same representation on all fronts for those unelected author

I suggest you look at the campaign disclosures of the seated commissioners, it's amazing how may donations are not only from businesses outside of Paulding County but many from companies that are awarded contract after contract for projects. Outside money has been flowing into Paulding for years. If there is any support from Atlanta and/or Delta at least they are Georgia businesses that drive the economy in Georgia. They aren't from New York, Delaware or Texas. Remember the big newwpaper article with the pics of Herb Haynes and David Barnett where the National Association of Realtor

As a victim of targeting because of my support of the airport, Shallow Hal, you really aren't paying attention. We have a bunch of bullies trying to get this pushed through. David Austin's own father was part of the group that loaded up on school buses to hit the capital in the 70s to stop ANY airport in Paulding County. But of course that's common knowledge to those that have lived here for a while, whether generational or not. Since the Morrison's hit rock bottom, they have nothing else to lose. A lot of anonymous support going on here, for fear of retaliation.

Not sure you have an area to use this but I have one and it is awesome. You can buy the grates to turn it into a regular stove. I've cooked every meal imaginable on it and have used it for canning so the house doesn't heat up. Cheaper than eating out every day, you can use a one lb cylinder or a 20 lb tank. http://www.amazon.com/Coleman-2000010255-RoadTrip-LXX-Grill/dp/B0078IMV1S#

How Do You Feel About Regulation Of Internet- based campaigns
tundra replied to NewsJunky's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Every day, more of our freedoms guaranteed by the constitution are being trampled on.............regulating how someone campaigns is a violation of free speech.
