I have to say this about Urban Meyers; he knows how to develop players. OSU's starting quarterback's season ended early. The second string quarterback played the rest of the regular season and then was injured in the Big Ten championship game. It was his third string quarterback that played agains 'Bama. He got off to a shaky start, but then started playing really well. The championship game should be a real battle.

The majority of FSU players went straight to the locker room at the end of the game instead of walking over to congratulate players from Oregon. They don't deserve to win another game during their collegiate career. I'm glad OSU beat 'Bama and I'm also glad GT and UGA won. The Cotton Bowl was a very exciting game to the end.

The anti-airport group want to believe a referendum was established with a measly 14.8% of registered voters showing up to the polls. They now think when the new BoC is seated, it will stop any progress towards commercialization of the airport; that the issue will magically be resolved to their wishes. That's not going to happen. You just fail to realize how the airport used for commercial and cargo could be an asset to bring other much needed industry to Paulding County. Your narrow minded thinking has you believing such industry would not move to PC because of the lack of interstates, which is BS. It's that narrow minded thinking that has caused a lot of communities like Paulding to not prosper the way they could. If you want to disagree with me that's fine; I have no problem with it.

I'm from a community in Michigan that has a population of 16,000. There are more than 12 light industrial manufacturing businesses there and the closest interstate is 20 minutes away. All the state highways through the community are two lanes. The lack of an interstate running through the community had no bearing for these manufacturing businesses operating there. What attracted them to the area were the tax abatements the city council gave them and the available supply of labor in the county.
