The Louisville Metro Police Department needs to have more shoot, don't shoot training. The officers did not hit center of mass at all, wasting taxpayer money by using far more ammunition than needed by any competent officer. We could also require officers to dress as matadors for those occasions when a perp charges at them with a knife in one hand and tree saw in the other.
