I got my cert training through a ham radio group in Sandy Springs, and was a member of the Sandy springs group for a time, even though I live here. That was several years ago, and Paulding didn't offer any training at that time. Now several members of the Paulding Amateur Radio club have been to training here. It is a good thing to know, even if you don't join any group.

The way I understand it is they didn't reduce the millage rate because if they did they would have to increase it next year by a lot to cover the difference. It only makes since to not roll it back now just to have to increase it next year. This was brought up by a chairman that wanted them to have to increase it next year and then he could say it was the new peoples fault. They can't provide internet! I have no use for tv but would be lost with out internet and HULU. We watch tv with internet, listen to music with internet,etc so if they can't provide internet then I don't want.
