So they saved several million dollars by putting the 911 center where it belonged, and by not letting the stupid former commissioner let any more of his buddys do things that didn't need to be done. The problem with shopping local depends on what you need. I have spent hours going store to store and finally give up and go on line. The problem with smart tv's is the apps expire and only some company's will update. Visio is one that won't update. If you want smart just buy a plug in such as roku because it is cheap and when it no longer updates you can toss it and buy a new one. I went through this with Viso for several months before I gave up and bought a roku device. Also couple years ago we tried two different visos and couldn't get them to connect to the net even after spending hours on the phone. Took both back and bought a LG. The wasted money went to certain contractors in the county. The truck should never have been bought in the first place. Is this a vhs that you made, or a bought movie? If it is a movie depending on what it may not be copy-able. I just us a vcr and a dvd recorder and feed video out to video in of the dvd recorder. I have several I need to do that are tapes from a cam corder of family, but have not had time to do it.
