Just watched the noon o'clock news. They are still saying a rain/snow mix by 1pm changing over to all snow by evening and overnight. Only a trace to a dusting in this area with 2-4" in the north Georgia mountains. It's all tea leaves. No way to know for sure till it happens.

The stores will have extra deliveries of milk, bread, and yes, toilet paper shipped in today and tomorrow in anticipation of the holiday coupled with the potential snow scare. I can PROMISE you, the lines tomorrow evening will be LONG to check out, and the stores will open back up on Sunday the 26th at 7am, but they will be wiped out and there will be slim pickings.

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, most grocery stores are going to close at 6pm or 7pm, stores will be closed Christmas Day, snow storm possible for Sunday the day after Christmas..................... ...stay with me now....... DO YOUR SHOPPING TODAY!!!! You DO NOT, I assure you, want to be trying to get groceries on Christmas Eve WITH a snow storm on the horizon!! There's a couple of posters I don't agree with most of the time and frankly I wonder if those individuals have any common sense and home training at all!! My daughter lost a friend in a terrible train/car accident and looking for information on that incident is what first brought me here.
