Chance of snow overnight and again on Sunday and Monday
Blondiega1 replied to MillCreek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
We typically do our weekly shopping on Saturday or Sunday. Guess the stores might be a little "busy". -
Cable TV. I remember having the little clicky dial knob thingy on top of the TV that you turned so the TV antennae on the roof would move the direction needed to pick up the best signal.

Corn Huskers Lotion http://www.amazon.com/Corn-Huskers-Oil-Free-Treatment-Lotion/dp/tags-on-product/B000RO3EMA This link was just to show you what the packaging looks like and reviews of the product. You can buy it at Kroger. A VERY LITTLE goes a LONG WAY so use it sparingly.

Blondiega1 replied to ButterflyLion's topic in RECENT TOPICS
22 years in the Grocery buissness speaking here. The above statement is correct. Also most promotions are paid for or subsidized by the company trying to sell their product, P&G, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Coke, etc. -

Squirrel Proof Tube Bird Feeder: Anyone Use One?
Blondiega1 replied to ButterflyLion's topic in RECENT TOPICS
We have a Yankee Flipper. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of squirrels. Just a rouge one or two now and then, and the birds scatter enough seed on the ground that the squirrels haven't made a try for the feeder yet. I keep hoping they do cause I want see one go FLYING!! -
What's the requirements? Can you 'splain the job description a little??

Based on some recent events within my extended family that I can not go in to, I suspect there are members of the sheriff's department who lurk on p.com looking for tips.

THE DOME. Not one of his all time GREAT books, but an interesting read for the Constant Reader none the less. The ending could have been better. Stephen King himself once said, "Sometimes evil things just happen for no reason at all." THE DOME would have been better if he'd remembered that, but the OP didn't ask for a book review so..... I'm outtie.
