Papi always says, no matter how hott she may be to look at, sooner or later you have to talk to her. And as you get older, the conversation becomes more important. Yes, I think it's important to be pysically attracted to your spouse, but attraction comes in many forms. In my opinion, it's more about the way someone treats you. There is nothing that is a bigger turn off than to be yelled at, embarrassed or treated disrespectfully. Love is a verb. It's all about how someone treats you.

So....wether it's Christmas, Hannakuh, Kawanza, or Hannakawanachrismaka, how much are you spending this year?? For us, it's less than last year, but we shop smart and I think we got a WHOLE lot more for the money. Matter of fact, it's pretty obscene the amount of presents, but I like a BIG Christmas! And 90%+ of our shopping is online every year. Best way to shop

Traffic was awful!! I had to step over not one, but TWO dogs and had a cat run in front of me on my way to my desk!

I'm with you! Decorator trees are lovely, but nothing compares the a "home" decorated tree with all the random crap from through out the years! It means even more now that we have stuff that was mine, stuff that was Papi's, stuff that was made by all our kids, and the stuff we have collected together! Each ornament hung is another memory and story to share!

We did a turkey this way, brined, and Papi did a smoked turkey. They were both WONDERFUL, but the smoked turkey was the !!!
