Did you check to see if there is a little tiny plastic cover over the tip of the pens?? I have had a few pens where you have to run your finger over the tip of the pen and pop that little plastic piece off. I have one Pilot precise grip extra fine point pen and I LOVE IT!!! I want a whole pack in my stocking from Santa.
