    He was great friends with my nephew, and friends with my hubby. It was very sudden and unexpected. Prayers really need to be sent up for this family

    Wow! I believe animal control does the best they can do. This pit had been around our house (and the neighbors) several times. Bit one kid, ect. They kept taking and fining the owners...owners went to court and paid HIGH fines but in the end, THE owners wouldn't keep him "up" and ended up putting him down

    Are you sure? I ask because I was on the phone once wiht animal control as a pit bill had just "cornered" a dog on my porch. They were on a "emergency call" and I told them I'd shoot the dog if it came back and cornered my kid again and he told me it was a crime (misdemeanor or felony, can't remember the term)....

    If anyone knows this family, please put them intouch with TnT. She has a support group for parents (and grandparents) who have lost children. Prayers for this family

    So sad, I was really hoping that he would pull through. Prayers sent up for his family, as well as Dianne's family, I'm sure this isn't easy on them either.

    This is correct, they said there was gun shots to the vehicle I would NOT let this scare you. If we do, then we are letting "them" win. I know it is hard, but, we don't even know if a HHS child was killed or a 43 (?) year old man. Since we don't totally know the fact or truth, I don't think we should "jump". It was a very confusing night.

    Is it just me, or does it seem like there is an awful lot of death going on tonight? They are taking one to Paulding now in cardiac arrest (not related to shooting). There was a respitory arrest about 20 minutes ago.

    They never did say if it was a cop or suspect that was hurt. They never said if anyone was transported either. It was a VERY busy night on the scanner last night The jerk was running 70 MPH down BoBo Road
