I have such a hard time paying bills, I can barely pay attention. Money is so tight, my wallet bit my finger. I have to stretch a dollar so far, you can see through it. I put my debit on the balance scales, on one side, my income on the other and have been using it as a fan all summer. If bills were like sand through the hour glass, I live in the Sahara.

Sounds good to me. Maybe where you were TRYING to go would become this better place, at least until after traffic calmed down a little. Instead of trying to rush somewhere hectic.....take a few minutes to calm down, rejuvinate and prepare for the rest of the evening. Since traffic is so bad through there, it might be a GREAT place! If you are going to be stuck in traffic a while, might as well stop and read a while, or grab a couple of books. Cobb County did all the four laning at Publix without stutting down traffic at all. Their section is less than a mile long. I still feel you guys are breathing the smoke. Only real problem is that is IS going to happen, you are going to pay for it and it is NOT going to help traffic in the area. Graves Road also leads to Dabbs Bridge and to 41. It's not like they have to spend 10 million to keep folks from being trapped. Take a look at the actual route of this "improvement". It doesn't even get traffic past the Cobb high school. So, how did you approach this with your own children? PPFFTTT!! Connector of 2 - 2 lane roads by a 4-lane road that only takes traffic a few miles down a clogged artery. That's a lot of help. Dream on. Years ago I tried to get some attention to the traffic problems in this area. I brought up the idea of taking traffic straight to I-75 via 3rd Army Road. They would not even have to construct a bridge for Allatoona that way. I got so SICK of being told "we are going to 4-lane Hwy 92.
