I travel a lot too, and many many times the worst part of my trip is the Atlanta airport. If at all possible, I will not have a bag to have to go to baggage claim for. Takes FOREVER for your bags to show up there. Sometimes takes more than an hour after I get to baggage claim.

I freeze chicken a lot. But I normally pull it off the bone and use a Food Saver bag. If you don't have a Food Saver, just press out as much air as possible. Air causes freezer burn. You can use it for quesadillas or enchiladas, chicken soup or casseroles. If you want to keep it as fried chicken, I'd recomend using it pretty quickly and reheat in the oven, even if you thaw it in the microwave. (I think the bones & skin cause it to hold more air and taste freezer burnt quicker)

Years ago I worked at a sewing mill in Dallas. They were low of work, but would not lay people off so they could draw unemployment. No it's not. It is between Emerson Allatoona Road & Red Top Mountain Road. LOTS of people would rather drive to Bartow than Fulton to work. Me included. Bartow County has so many Industries. Most people have no clue what all is really there. Cartersville & Adairsville both are loaded with FULL industrial parks and more ready for immediate use. Paulding did not have a chance at this at all. The complex is supposed to bring in people from all over the country, for tournaments and such. The complex HAD to have good interstate access. Paulding does not have that at all. Matt

I have enjoyed every one of mine. I liked going just to show the uppidies that this little hippie chick did well for herself! It's fun to see the girls that were so hot back then, be so fat now!
